“This lovely little post office is the best one in the world. The staff is all FANTASTIC and FRIENDLY and HELPFUL. Waiting time is usually less, even id there is a long line becasue of the efficient service. I have been using this for many, many years. We are so lucky to have this postoffice in Rollingbay! “Longer wait times are to be expected at any post office when it’s busy and especially at a smaller one like this. I personally prefer the vibe at a smaller post office as opposed to a larger one though and the staff here is highly efficient, helpful, patient and kind, regardless. I’m grateful to have them so close to where I live here in Suquamish.”

“I’ve had really wonderful experiences here and I’ve been worked with very diligently to get packages to my address despite issues with name changes and my apartment complex being a bit weird. I’ve had a pick up a few at post office because of this but we got it worked out! Wonderful, respectful, and efficient staff every time I’m in. They also pick up from my workplace and we love joking and chatting up our mailperson! (There is one lady who fills in from time to time for pick ups who’s like such a !$@?* but it’s just an inside joke between me and coworkers at this point lol)”

“I’m surprised their rating is so low because not only have they been the fastest and most efficient post office out of three if I have recently visited, everyone is very nice and professional. If anything, I give them five stars because when a 30-year-old came in throughly confused on why the Postal Worker couldn’t just scan their QR code for the address and proceeded to calmly explain about the To and From boxes, the Postal Worker had not hint of condescension/disbelief/annoyance in their voice. I wouldn’t have been able to to the same in her situation.”

“I drop off packages here probably 4 to 5 times a week. The service is always great. Even when the line is long it moves quickly. I rarely wait more than five minutes, including during the lunch hour. Postal clerks are always nice.”
