Get the monthly pass. Drive through it like you park in your garage daily. I like rainy day washes. The machine dries your car dry so that you can get back out in the rain! I love the PNW. Gives you a few more minutes to drink your coffee on the road. Plus, find a good playlist with Utube on the android for blututh.

Great service and a super clean car! Somebody's sprinklers spotted up the whole car :( But Brown Bear let me run it through the wash twice and it looks fantastic! Thank you so much!!

They are the best! Just few days ago I went for a car wash and I forgot to pullout my credit card and there several charges on it before I realized that I had left it in the payment machine (people took advantage of it of course). Trisha who was the manager there I believe was really nice and refunded all the charges on my card besides being my fault leaving it in the machine.
Overall, great staff, great service, and I will continue to wash my car with Brown Bear Carwash!

Adding new rules without telling customer till the customer is about to go through the wash. Management at this dealership is rude and terrible. Upper management is no better in helping a customer resolve issues. Absolutely terrible customer service all around.

Michael and Trish are the most accommodating and respectful, they both possess excellent communication skills. My experience with the Brown Bear Car was on the corner of 305 and Hostmark in Poulsbo is the only car wash my family and I will use because we can expect nothing but excellent service!
