This is a amazing store, powerful, deep and moving. I’ve been coming here for over 30, as a kid, it’s a Blessing. There’s something for everyone, it’s pure Bliss ❤️ ????

If I could give 0 stars I would. The older white woman (I believe the owner) is extremely rude. The vibes in this store are BAD and extremely unwelcoming, which is ironic considering the kind of store she owns. Crystal shops are typically welcoming and loving places, this owner and this store are the complete opposite. Also the stones are overpriced and many do not even have prices on them at all, with the lady pricing them “from memory.” Extremely bad vibes in here and there is no excuse for the owner’s behavior. Don’t have a business if you can’t act with basic human decency.

This is a gorgeous shop, however it's really hard to enjoy it with who I believe to be the owner running it. While I was there she yelled rudely across the store at a group of customers that a book was out of their price range and they should put it down. She yelled at this family a good couple of times and was very snarky with them until they left. It was wildly unprofessional and horrific to see.Ontop of this, a lot of crystals are priced with one tiny, loose, handwritten sticker that floats to the bottom of a bowl and some of these bowls have multiple crystals with wildly different price ranges. You literally have to go desperately digging through them to try and figure out the price and hope they don't fall over the place. If you need to ask the owner the price you get a very snappy, condescending response. I misunderstood the price on something because it was on an eligible sticker lost in the bowl, and the owner was practically yelling at and arguing with me for asking a clarifying question. I was just trying to understand and be nice, but it was insane.Plus, a lot of the crystals are way overpriced to boot. You don't need to be spending that much money on those tiny pieces.

I find more often than not, that metaphysical stores have big price markups. It has come to be an expectation as they tend to be smaller businesses. Just a note regarding the remarks about pricing. The places I've gone to in Snohomish county have similar price ranges.I suppose my attachment to this store over the years has been sentimental. My grandmother and mom took me here a lot as a small child. The smell and colors have stuck in my memories. I don't always make purchases, but I come through whenever I find a moment to do so.As an adult, I've learned that it's one of the larger metaphysical shops in the Pacific Northwest. It still holds value for me to this day.My partner and I spent a couple of hours mostly looking at the vast selection of books. We came in with the intention of finding a physical copy of "The Law of One". I did find book three pretty quickly, but decided to wait and get the full set later on.Perhaps it is the moon. But it feels more accurate to say that the books we purchased today found us. Not the other way around. Everything that happened felt very serendipitous. The staff member I did speak to helped me to the best of her abilities by searching a book I'd asked about. They didn't have it which was perfectly fine. We're very happy with our purchases. Thank you for a lovely experience. Walking through this shop always brings me back to my core.

honestly, they have an amazing selection. i've been going here since i was 15, n on Sunday i went back to grab a nice piece for a necklace. i wanted a beautiful pendant n was prepared to drop a good amount of money on a pendant. i've always loved Opal. i knew what i was getting into, it's my birth stone n i've bought a couple single pieces in the last few years. i knew a pendant would be a couple hundred dollars. i was getting ready to ask to see a piece that i was already falling in love with. it was a *little* but busier at that time (i'd say there were maybe 3 other groups in the store w us) n every time the clerk was asked a question, the customer was met with a very rude attitude. it seemed like everyone was getting snarky remarks from her. it was finally my turn to ask to see my favorite piece of Opal to get a price on it (the sticker was under the pendant, i couldn't see it from the other side of the glass) n she wouldn't let me see it. i asked if i could know the price n she said "expensive, like really expensive" so i asked for a number since i'm prepared to pay a good price for a piece. she said "at least $200" n i said "well, i'm prepared to spend about $300, can i get a price on it please" n she huffed as she got up to go get the keys to the case. she let out a big sigh as she started to walk towards the case so i asked if she was alright. she said "yeah" in a very rude tone, so i let her know if i was an inconvenience, i don't want the piece from her. she sat back down n that answered my question. it sucks. i travel far to get here every time i want a new piece, but i don't think i'll be coming back for as long as she's working there. i'm sad that my experience w this place was so rough this last time around. i wanted my beautiful piece of Opal. w how she's selling things, i'm sure the piece will never sell.

Check recent reviews… I’m not the only one. Poor customer service with the shop employee mentioned in previous ratings. She gave bad vibes so we left without purchase. A souvenir from the crystal shop has been a staple in our day trips to Pt. Townsend for over a decade. If she’s still working the counter next time, we will pass.

Fun shop with a lot of interesting items. Unfortunately, the worker was extremely rude. I overheard her speak to multiple customers, and she was just mean. We left without purchasing anything because of her attitude.

@ Jade Briddle. That "person' is the owner! lol. I had to write and hope you see this. I have visited this store often and every single time I noticed what a weird vibe that lady gives off..thought maybe it was just me..but after reading reviews, it's def not just me! I still enjoy the store as it is huge and has a large selection & decent prices. But her cold and unfriendly attitude, sucks! Glad I wasnt the only one who noticed =(Bummer, because you would think she would want only GOOD energy in the store, not her unwelcoming vibe!

Went in and found a book I was going to buy took a picture of it and lady behind the counter ran over yelled at me to not take pictures of the books but then said you can take pictures of everything else ?. Then she stood glaring so I bought nothing because energy was off. Why hire someone to work in a place about good energy and you’re rude as hell. I’ve never been yelled at for snapping a picture of a book I’m buying or even looking at. Older white lady her energy is very negative.

This is a fun place for gift ideas. Unfortunately the staff there are pretentious, and worse, they are pretentious about things they don’t have knowledge of. Someone told me one crystal is the same type as another with her nose in the air, and when I fact checked it that was not the case. And it’s like that most times I’ve gone there. So I generally don’t go there. If you can avoid talking to the staff there though, some fun last minute gift ideas.

We stopped in today to browse and check this spot out as we've been meaning to for awhile. We were not disappointed. The selection of crystals, books, stones, other items was well curated and fairly priced. The young woman who helped us was kind and helpful. I entered the store kind of out of sorts/feeling a bit cranky to be honest. I left the store with my purchase feeling centered again and grounded. Good vibes all around and well definite be back.
