Mallory did an amazing job with this very personal shadow box. I especially appreciated not only her expertise in displaying my kitty’s memorial items but just being so compassionate when I came into her shop, I was still very raw from the loss and she was just a very empathetic and loving person.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience! We came in to get an old, band poster framed (it was in rough shape) and it was framed beautifully! It saved our art. We couldn’t be happier. We've had quite a few posters framed by Mallory over the years and they have turned out perfect. We just dropped off 7 posters. Prices are about the same as Michaels, but she gives a special touch to each item.

This framing job was so bad that I have to take it somewhere else now, as I don't trust her to fix it. The item is slightly crooked in the frame, and wrinkled. The opening in the mat was cut too large, so that parts of the item which should be covered up are showing. It's a very shoddy job.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The owner is very condescending and rude. Me and my mom stopped in there really quick for a simple question, and received the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. Do yourself a favor and find a different frame shop.

Mallory always provides expert suggestions on how to best frame a piece of art and various framing materials. Items are done promptly on time or early for a fair price. I've been using her business for 8 years now without issue. Recommended.

My degree that I have hanging my office was done by this business. If I need something framed right I bring it here. If is is something cheap I'll do it myself and it will show! The bad review on here looks like he had an axe to grind.

If you are ever in the downtown Port Orchard area...go in this place. Even if you don't have any need for a custom picture frame, you need to go here. The owner has a cat that lives in the store, when you first walk up you will see a bunch of orange stuffed cats sitting in the window. She has a real Garfield cat. The cat is huge, the biggest I've ever seen, and his name is Squirt. LOL! The cat is a love and the owner doesn't mind you stopping in just to pay a visit to squirt. If you're down there at night after the shops closed up, usually you can tap on the window and Squirt will come strut his stuff infront of the window. I've never actually bought anything in here, but I have heard really good things about them, so if you do need a frame, go here, give the lady some business so she can buy food for her fat cat.
