I can understand why this branch has a horrible rating. The manager approaches you at the door with the sourest of attitudes and when I close my account because of horrible service, she just glares at me and couldn't care less that I've been a customer of 33 years and am leaving. It just confirms that it's the right move. Good riddence!

I'm surprised by the negative reviews. I've trade at this branch over 30 years.I've always been treated well by everyone I've met in the bank. Regarding wait times, perhaps my age gives me an advantage. At my age, my patience is about all that works anymore. In any case, I can only say I've had positive experiences with this bank.

Wasted my entire lunch break to cash a payroll check that I have been doing for years now. Normally a pleasant experience but today was horrible. 5/23/22 at 12:45 the only lady working the counter, she decides she has to call and confirm the check(no one has had to before) but that's not the issue she calls a business asking for Mr, Ms "" she doesn't even introduce herself how unprofessional so of course they thought she was another telemarketer that businesses get calls from on a daily bases. They even said she hung up the second they said no. I get it took a little extra work and the bank was busy but my god its your job. Hopefully never have to experience her again as I am talking to the company about switching banks .

My mother went into this bank to withdraw some money from her account. The blonde haired woman at the counter looked like she was having hot flashes with a fan turned on in her face. My mom said I've had hot flashes, they are no fun. The woman looked at my mother up and down replied. "Yah, you look like someone who had hot flashes".

Service is super slow, and rules depend of what each individual person decides that day, some tellers are nice, some are extremely rude and lazy . I only deal with them because of work, but would take business elsewhere if it were a personal account.

Absolutely deplorable customer service and I am going to be filing a lawsuit against the company because they are refusing to honor a contract signed at this location. They will not accept any liability for the misinformation given by their employee and even worse will not honor the contract when confronted about it. They simply state they are unable to do anything and have to pass you off to another department. Coupled with the hour long hold times and agents that hang up on you it is a perfect scam factory. I 100% advise anyone considering this bank to run as far away as possible. Absolutely horrible customer service and even worse policies that promote monetary oppression.
