I was on the first day of vacation a good distance from my home when my car’s engine started to have trouble. Fortunately we saw circle and square and pulled right in. What an amazing experience! They were able to fit us in to their busy shop’s schedule and gave us a loaner car to continue to our air bnb. My car is running better than when I bought it. They also gave me a trove of helpful knowledge. Eric was especially amazing. This business did right by us and saved our car and vacation. We will be coming back.

I would give lower rating if possible my daughter went here like 2 years ago and this is the 2nd time she's had to get something fixed they did wrong and this last repair is extremely expensive not impressed. DONT go hereService: Engine repair

Gas station with a store you can find a little of everything which is good if you stay around for a couple days, staff was friendly and helpful.

Took my old Volvo 240 in for an Oil Change and some small bulbs to get swapped out. Nice cars everywhere, I felt a little out of place as I walked in, cuz it's a really nice shop, but the manager made me feel right at home when he said "welcome to Volvo headquarters" lol. I Didnt know they had a shuttle in the mornings to get me home to Port Townsend. They offered me a free ride so I took it!! Great Service AND my oil change price was the same I paid at the quick lube place in PT!!

Have been going to these guys for ~14 years. No more. They have become unreliable, unresponsive & slow slow slow. Ever since the new owner took over, they never call back with diagnosis of problems, you have to call them. The car is rarely ready until days after original estimate. Go to pick up your car with a $2k bill & there's a temp at the counter who can't tell you any details. Awful. I notice they no longer hand out AAA evaluation cards, either, even though they are still recommended by AAA.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

I have delayed my review for a couple of months in order to see if my vehicle continued to run well....and it has. My vehicle was running badly and so I made an appointment. I dropped it off earlier than my scheduled day of repair.. Fortunately they were able to look at it and diagnose the problem earlier than planned. The initial problem they diagnosed was taken care of. I received a call from them with a further assessment of another problem that I was aware of but had been ignoring. I gave the ok and it was repaired as well. I'm happy to say that my vehicle is purring along nicely. The shop time at this facility is somewhat expensive but after reviewing their work it was obvious to me that they are very professional with very skilled mechanics that are very thorough. Also a few extras were added in at no extra charge to me which was great. The work that was done is guaranteed for 36 months which to me indicates their confidence in their work.They were great to deal with on the telephone and in person. I'm quite satisfied with Circle and Square and have no reservations about doing business with them again in the future. You get what you pay for and I am happy with what I got. I was so lucky to find this place. We were in Port Townsend and Mercedes starting making a knocking noise. I called three other places and one said they would put me on a waiting list, other taking reservations for three weeks from the day and third told me not to bother bringing by the shop. I was starting to panic as 92 miles from Olympia and 140 miles from Westport. They diagnosed the problem immediately as a water pump problem. They ordered the parts and fixed the next day. Very professional and had a shuttle service back to Port Townsend and don’t know what I would have done without them. I guess trying to drive to Olympia and don’t think the car would have made it.

My girlfriend brought her car in and she told them it had a bad alternator. They said they "ran tests" and that it was not the alternator but the battery. So she paid almost $400 for diagnostics, and battery replacement. She didn't make it 2 blocks from the shop before the battery light came on. She took it back and they said they had to "run more tests" turns out it WAS the alternator. So... did she just pay for them to order and replace a perfectly good battery? We ended up having it towed, id rather fix it myself. 0/10 stars will not be backServices: Battery

This was the absolute worst and most unprofessional shop I have ever been to. They kept my car for a week before saying they couldn't pinpoint what was wrong with it, when I told them it had been scanned with an obd2 before I brought it in showing a cylinder misfire (likely spark plugs) they backtracked and said.... AFTER A WEEK OF HAVING MY CAR... that because there was an ignition interlock in it they would not work on the vehicle. Despite the ignition interlock place being across the street where they could have had it disabled. I have since lost my job due to them having my car for so long and not even fixing the problem. I'm sure they will write some overly nice response to this to appear as if they are a good business but this business has a horrible reputation around the small town that I live in.Services: Engine repair
