This branch is usually understaffed but they always make sure that I am taken care of. I had a stressful issue with my account and the manager was great. He helped me understand the issue and come up with a solution. I always go out of my way to come to this branch when I want to make sure things get done right.

Wouldn't allow me to get a money order through the drive through when I was Covid positive. The manager told me I had to come inside for the money order. I have an established account. Corporate said that it was not their policy to force someone to come in for a money order. It was for a bill that requires money orders... It was a request for significantly less than $100. Exceptionally poor customer service. Not just this time, every time.

I've worked with this bank since Aug of 2018 and I went to withdraw $9,000 from my business account and they told me they did not have the funds and couldn't give me my money. I know $9,000 is not chump change but it's also not that much money. So where the hell is my money?

Been banking with them for a long time and this branch is unbelievable. Whoever is in charge at this branch doesn’t care about its clients, otherwise they would have at least three tellers during peak time and two on que the rest of the time. I’ve walked into this branch with only one teller workinf lobby and one working the drive thru, waited in line for about 40 minutes and they didn’t have what I needed on hand both times I had been there. No other US Bank branch i have been to had this happen

Extremely long wait time with only 1 teller while there was about 6 people in line. There’s this short Hispanic guy that will keep come to the line and annoy customers about maintaining 6 feet while everyone is already standing on the appropriate marked spot. Also if you come in to the lobby they don’t let you exit through the main entrance. You have to exit through a random back door and walk awkwardly through the drive thru lines to get to your car. Today I need change for my business and tried calling 5 times but the machine keeps saying they’re unavailable. No wonder why this bank is going bankrupt.

Terrible service. From the long wait times in the drive through, too poor customer service when banking inside. It doesn’t matter how many reps they hire always wait time. So if your looking to get in and out of this bank don’t use this one . I have a loan with them that was assigned to me by the lender and can’t wait to pay it off for this reason only I have them but I won’t be giving them my service as soon as that loan is done.

Friday been in drive through for an hour. Manager said inside is open with 2 employees working. This place is a joke! This branch has horrible service. Partly why I use Gesa.

Slowest banking service I have ever experienced. Lobby is always closed. Drive thru takes 10 times longer than any other bank. Unless you want to spend 45 minutes in line, avoid banking here.

If I could give negative stars I would.The manager is the rudest I ever met.I had an issue that he WOULDN'T GIVE me the time day for and the tellers in the drive thru we're just as bad. I sat in my car 45 minutes waiting for the help.This is why I don't and WONT deal with them ever again.

People just walk up and cut u in the drive thru at the atm. But sense their on feet you have to stop your car.

The ONLY reason gave this branch a 5 star is due to their manager who goes above and beyond for his customer - myself being one of them. I notice most of the time he is super short staff and has no assistant manager not to mention inferior equipment as it seems their systems are always slow . I can’t believe Usbank as a corporation has been so negligent to their employees and this location but they are lucky to have the manager they do or I would have gone elsewhere a long time ago
