They were very good to deal with and were on time with the delivery. The unit was like brand new and clean. Looked nice in the driveway, not an eyesore like others that I’ve seen. It is airtight and no chance for critters to get in unless you leave it open.. had a bird trapped overnight from my having it open to load. Very professional company. I would use them again if needed.

I was very pleased with the service fro. ri-Cities Mobile Storage. I rented one of their storage units to place in our driveway to store furniture while getting the whole house painted. They were professional and prompt with both delivery and pickup, and the storage unit was clean and secure.

This storage option was perfect while we did our remodel. Would certainly do it again if I had a need and recommend it to anyone in a similar situation. Easy to pay they send you a text at the end of the month with a link to pay and after the first time it was basically two clicks and done. Prices were fair and competitive with other storage units of similar size but this gives you the convenience of being on your own property. I was not able to be home when they dropped it off but I text them a picture of exactly where I wanted it and communicated via text and they placed it perfectly. Unit was incredibly clean when they dropped it off, looked brand new.

Made moving so much easier! We could pack and unpack slowly! The big pod got all of our furniture and a good chunk of everything else! Super helpful in thinning the house out for showings. Brendan is very kind and on time! When it’s time to move the pod they schedule you asap - very smooth process.

We helped friends move who used Tri Cities Mobile Storage and were highly impressed with the company.When our basement flooded, and we knew we needed storage space for the whole debacle, we contacted Tri Cities Mobile Storage.Our basement flooded on a late Saturday night.I contacted them Sunday.They delivered our pod storage Monday.Communication was incredibly swift, detailed, courteous, and accurate. From start to finish.Brendan dropped off and picked up- he was wonderful to interact it! Watching him maneuver the truck and pod, leveling it out, etc, was fascinating to watch.I cannot tell you the blessing it was to have easily accessed pod storage in our driveway during the long months following a stressful flood.If you're wondering who to use for local storage, on site or off site, or local moving needs, I highly recommend Tri Cities Mobile Storage! You won't regret it.

We tore down our old single car garage and rebuilt a new attached garage. We needed a storage solution for our garage stuff during construction and tri-cities mobile storage met our needs perfectly! They delivered the pod to our house and set it where we needed it, it was so nice still having our things there on site. When done. We called and they picked up the pod the very next day! Amazing service! Clean storage solution, right at our house. Thank you!

My family made a move to Kennewick back in September from Spokane and these guys were fantastic! Very professional, kind and always responded right away to any questions. They were speedy on moving the container to and from and we’re very kind on pricing. I highly recommend! Keep up the great work guys!
