The nicest owners ever !!! My machine gave out half way through a project and the guy was very nice , super considerate, just an overall great experience. I'll be coming back to get a new machine once this one gives out again

Truly recommend Janean Bernina. They service Juki machines even though they do not sell Juki sewing machines, and are very informative and helpful. Wonderful customer service!

This shop is amazing. I've learned how to sew from them. They also have amazing deals on their sewing machines and other gear. They have lovely material, and their staff is excellent. I love the family and the staff.

The owners are wonderful, knowledgeable and care about their products & customers. They are the only dealership authorized to carry the entire Bernina line of sewing, sergers and longarm machines. The on site technician who services the Bernina equipment is absolutely the finest , most knowledgeable Bernina representative I've ever met and has many years of service experience. I've purchased sewing machines, a serger and Bernina embroidery software from Janean's and the free training classes are a must. I always feel welcome at this business.

Janeane's Bernina how do I love you? Let me count the ways!1. From the first day I went in there they were helpful and and joyful to help.2. Whenever I have a machine to be serviced or fixed they say 2 weeks (it's code - 2 days) Dewey is best.3. Classes Amazing4. My Q16 Long arm. What can I say, I can do it myself. The stitch regulator is a quilters dream. Simple to use and the needles are not specific. It uses regular needles.There are many more reasons I love them but these are a few.Awesome job guys.

Janeans Bernina is my favorite quilt shop. They sell Berninas, I’ve bought three from them. They have a nice selection of quality fabric. Janean’s offer great classes with world class teachers at a reasonable prices. I think as important as the above is their great customer service! The ladies are always available to help and answer questions and they have Dewey, machine tech extraordinaire and his machine spa for those rare times your machine has a mind of its own.
