Family dollar on 20th in Pasco WA gave jobs to a few people 3 employees have kept loyal that I recognize. I could see and feel the stress on them. The employer has expired food and dog food on their shelves. I'm always saying hello and asking for help when shopping there. Its confusing on the two for the special prize sale of one. Having two differnt items or products of the same special prize on the same exact shelves. But cannot mix and match for purchase. They still on clock working being rude. I'm tiered want to get home.

The young man at the register did an amazing job. He was the only one there I had a long line and he was very patient and loving and kind not wants to have a frown on his face. His customer service was just so so good I was so pleased to see a young man at his age being so helpful. This is how everyone should be at any store this will bring him plenty of customers having people like that working at the registers

Found the store to be a bit of a mess and way too expensive for a "dollar store", type store, something's were more than Walmart. Overall wasn't worth the trip across town, won't go back.

The employee working was very helpful and friendly, even though he was very busy and working by himself (is that even legal?). The store was disorganized, items were in the wrong places and some did not even have prices, there were A LOT of empty spaces on the shelves, and A LOT of open and broken items.
