I have a Cadillac XT6 that Titus Will can never fix. Most recent issue is TPM system. Always alarming, but of course nothing wrong with it or can’t determine the issue. Seems to be the typical response from TW:(

The service was for some parts in the exhaust system that went bad. The replacement of those parts were covered still under warranty. Things went smoothly and I was able to pick up my truck in just a few hours. Great job guys, thanks

I took my Santa Fe to Titus Will on December 12, 2023 for a scheduled Service Campaign. Taylor Olmedo Service Advisor #4909 checked me in and was Very Helpful. She was able to get me a Service Vehicle to drive home as my vehicle was looking at a 3 to 4 day turn around. Taylor called me on December 13, 2023 to let me know my vehicle was all done and ready to be picked up. Under Warranty all of my campaign was completed and I am so happy with the care and attention that was given to me.I Highly recommend Titus Will for all your car purchases and excellent customer service.

Took our XT6 in for a LOF and a recall matter. Picked it up thinking everything was done that needed to be done. Then the very next day, we get an alert on the dash - Air Filter needs replaced. When we picked it up the service writer mentioned that they would replace it on the next service. We are about 1 hr from the dealership, so it's a bit of a pain in the a## to have to make another trip for something they should have done to start with.

These guys really try to rip you off with the “mandatory service” to keep your lifetime oil change service. They called and said we needed $1500 in service to keep the lifetime oil changes. What a scam. Guess that’s why I’ll be doing business elsewhere. I suggest you do the same! Zero stars!!!
