The only thing I have to complain about is that a knob to something (I don't know what) was left in the passenger side. It hasn't had any impact so far, so I'm just ignoring it. Other than that, service was great, people were great and waiting area ok. I'll be using them again.

I was looking to purchase a car for my daughter and as we were looking, was approached by Klover. Klover was very outgoing and patient with the many questions I had. She definitely helped my daughters first car buying experience be a special one and I recommend Hyundai Olympia if you are in search of a vehicle. Ask for Klover! Thanks again for everything! I had great time at Titus Will of Olympia, I will only buy from them.My salesman Brady, was fast, efficient, and gave great service.I got a Hyundai Tuscan from them and every person there was friendly and great to me there.Thank you Brady and rest of Titus crew in Olympia you rock!

They should have earned good marks from me. The used car I wanted was advertised at a fair price, and my trade was given a fair value based on Kelly Blue Book and other sources. But when it came time to close, there were two charges , one for an interior insurance (?who gets this?), and a locator device. I said I didn’t want these and was told I must get them. The bottom line is, they refused to sell the car for the advertised price, hence the one star rating. I should have reported them to the state for false advertising.
I now must expand my post. I was contacted and told that it is not their policy to force purchase of these two added expenses. They removed the locator and refunded my cost. I appreciate this. If other buyers were not given the feeling they had no choice, then they are not carrying out a bait and switch approach.
So I think they deserve to have people look to purchase from them, but be aware of potential pressure to pay for things they don’t want.

I started off my day with the idea of getting a new car, I looked around and came across one online at Titus-Will Hyundai. Sent a message and Klover reached out to me. I went in to the dealership and she helped me through the entire process. Klover is a very professional, welcoming and knowledgeable person. She was able to turn my idea into a reality. When looking for a dealership, don’t just look for Titus-Will Hyundai, look for Klover!

This was the best and most efficient car buying experience for us. Working with Brady, we were able to effectively work out deal details remotely prior to coming in.

The young gentleman that helped me was very nice and did a great job. The negative was that they had me purchase a $60 carbon air filter that I didn't actually need and I had an appt at 11 and still had to wait 3.5 hours.

I had an unexpected day requiring immediate service. They worked on the problem all day but until completion. They also took the time to answer some questions I had and teach me a few more things about my car.
