My family and i just want to thank south sound motosports for an amazing experience buying my daughter her first motorcycle we got her the 2025 honda crf110f . Working with Tucker honda sales representative has been the easiest experience yet. Tucker not only did he give me a fantastic deal on a new hondacrf110f, but he treat me as apart of the family he was very knowledgeable and extremely welcoming as well. I ended up getting everything I could need there with a lot of help. I 100% plan on coming back and getting a new honda Rebel 1100 for next season. Thank you again for a great experience buying my daughter her first motorcycle.

Amazing people to work with!
We bought a used ATV quad a couple weeks ago. Conner and Curtis were very helpful and knowledgeable, and just good people!
We did end up having an issue with a faulty part that the previous owner installed but Curtis and the service department took care of it immediately. They even picked it up and delivered it back to us.
Thank you! You guys are awesome!
We are having so much fun with our quad!

Took my son’s used quad in here for a full tuneup after I purchased it via private party. I went in and told them to do what ever it needed and explained some issues it was having. I picked it up a few days later and after paying $300 I’m still having a ton of issues with it. Never trusting their service team again if they can’t even handle a kids quad. God only knows how their sales team would be ?

Pretty good work, but don't expect any "frequent flyer" deals. Pricing is competitive @ $135.00/hour labor. Repair work is pretty quick.

I have taken my bikes there several times for service but this time is the last straw. My old bikes break light wasn't working and I brought it in to be fixed. Got a call saying it was fixed and went to pick it up. They told me it was a fuse, and that it works now. It didn't work and I knew it wasn't a fuse because I replaced the fuses the day before I dropped it off. They charged me over $80 for that. Another time I picked up a nail in a brand new tire. Dropped the bike of on a day they were closed and left a voicemail explaining that I picked up a nail and need it patched. THEY DONT PATCH TIRES! they did say however that they had the tire in stock. I assumed that meant they had THE SAME TIRE, nope. The charged me over $400 for the wrong tire. Oh and the tire they were replacing was a christmas present from my perents. They ordered it in my name but said multiple times, "this is a gift, when it comes in DO NOT CALL HIM, CALL US". They called me about the tires I ordered, and ruined the surprise. My perents were furious when I called and asked if they ordered tires for my bike. This time is the last straw. I recently sold my old bike and bought a 1999 shadow 1100 ace tourer. It was running a little off so I brought it in to have the carburetor tuned. They said they were going to diagnose it first. I called three times in the week and a half before i brought the bike in, but they waited to tell me till i brought it in that they charge an extra $55 per hour for a "vintage fee". Since when is 1999 vintage? I was born in 1999, im not vintage. Missed a call from them because I was working on the house I'm building, and had to leave my wife by herself to drive to where I have cell service, and called them back. They couldn't take the call at that moment, but said they would call me back in 15 minutes. They did not. After an hour I called again. "OH we will call you back in a few minutes". Eventually they did, only to tell me all they had done was some of the diagnosis, most of the stuff I already knew. They said everything would cost me $2000. WHAT? I told them that isn't going to work for me and I can't afford it. They said that I can pick it up in 3 days and it will cost about $475 dollars for the diagnosis, and the spark plugs they replaced, even though I never authorized that work because I replaced the spark plugs two weeks ago. I wanted to take the bike to Paulsons in lacy, because they actually know what good service is, and they asked, "why dont you take it to honda?" The last time i wanted carb work done they told me they dont work on carburetors. Really? Apparently that wasnt true. So thanks for nothing, as usual. They call them stealerships for a reason. Never taking my bike here again, and I recommend everyone else do the same.

We purchased a new Honda Ranger 420 Quad from South Sound Honda. Our salesman was Ryan who was very easy to deal with, friendly, and very knowledgeable about all of the lines of quad ATV’s available. We are very happy with our purchase. The entire transaction was easy and efficient. Ryan was great but we were happy with everyone we had contact with at South Sound Honda.

Really a mixed level of service from one employee to the next. Salesman was good. The crew that evaluated my trade were the worst. Took an hour to evaluate it. Ten minute job. Came up with ridiculous things that were wrong. Tires with about 600 Mike's on them were deemed worn out. Screw loose in the fairing. New chain and sprokets that were bad. Probably 30 things wrong with a very clean low mile bike. Still allowed about what I felt was reasonable. Took over an hour to prepare simple documents. Finance guy was good. Also, new bikes are about 1500 higher than other dealer 30 miles away.
Edited my review. Got a call because THEY forgot to have me sign a document. “We need you to drop everything and drive 150 miles to take care of it today or tomorrow”! Then when I didn’t, got another nasty call. I have a job. Took care of it 5 days after the call. “While I am here, how about I pick up the license plates. It has been 3 weeks”. “Oh, we haven’t got off our a$$ and requested them yet”! It takes about 30 minutes to get the title paperwork completed, and have plates in your hand.

First and foremost, South Sound Honda Suzuki Polaris is the only place in washington state that had a 2024 Suzuki GSXR 750. Second, hands down the BEST employees! Everyone there was happy, welcoming, and literally helped in every way possible to get my son that bike! They stayed open past their closing hours for us. They helped us load the bike. And even though we missed it, they called to check up on us the next week. Tucker in sales has amazing customer service, he deserves a raise lol. Curtis in sales took his time to help us make sure our bike was loaded and secured for our long ride back to Spokane. And Marcus in finance went above and beyond and did everything he could to make it possible for my son to be able to purchase his first bike. We may not buy another bike soon but when we do, we will ONLY go to South Sound Honda. If you're looking for a good bike at a good price and great customer service to go with it, this is definitely the place!

I recently purchased a Honda Grom here and had an overall pleasant experience. I arrived right when they opened so, understandably, it took a little longer before I was assisted. Initially, I talked to the gentleman at the accessory counter about what I was looking for and gave a few more minutes for the sales team to finish setting up. I was then greeted by Tucker, who was very helpful and informative about anything I asked him. I took the bike for a test ride and decided to buy it. The paperwork portion took a bit longer than I anticipated to prepare, but I believe it was to make sure everything was as seamless as possible when finalizing everything. Marcus carefully walked me through every form and answered any questions I had about them. I enjoyed how down to earth and willing to help the staff was. I will definitely be returning here in the future.
