The folks at Quality self storage helped me out in a quickly manner! I really liked the process and policies, their facility is so nice and just what I needed.

Just went by and noticed the dumpsters on the south side of the building are overflowing with trash all around them. Not a good look.

We received the BEST customer service from both Misty (Project Manager) and Kerri (Assistant Manager) We were preparing for a move and booked online, unfortunately the website didn't indicate that their were two floors, imagine our surprise when we arrived to finish our paperwork to find out we were on the second floor. Misty walked us to two different units on the first floor and saved the day! Kerri was wonderful in helping also guide with the details needed for our upcoming move out, they both are fantastic. We'd highly recommend Quality Self Storage!

Three years and counting I have stored with this storage company and have had a great experience and relationship. Shoutout to Misty who works there. She definitely has always been a great help and good to my daughter.

I am giving them a one star because the place is very clean. However, customer service was horrible.. the comunication was terrible.. the young lady in the office was very good..i wish i had taken down the mans name though, he was rude and condisending. I was told one thing by the girl and he was like... nope, we dont do that. Then he would just stare at me with a smug look on his face, i asked for clarification and was me
t with more sarcasm. Another time i was told the price was one thing and i was charged another.. i tried to be polite and just wanted to understand what was up...he was not polite and honestly his sarcasm was so disrespectful we are glad to be rid of the place.

Mistie assisted me in identifying the most suitable storage solution for my needs, and she has consistently demonstrated professionalism, exceptional helpfulness, and a friendly demeanor since our initial interaction. Recently, I had the pleasure of meeting Kerri, who has proven to be equally fantastic to work with. I cannot recommend them highly enough—truly an outstanding experience.
