This place is a royal rip-off!!! I went there to get my power button fixed this morning (around 11am) on my Samsung A13 5G and the guy said he was too busy to fix it until 3pm, although as I was walking away, I looked back and saw him just playing on his phone. It's worth mentioning that I came to them about a month ago for the same problem and the guy "fixed" it, only for it stop working again 2 days later. The reason I waited so long to get it fixed was because I could turn my screen on by tapping it twice, but on Saturday I turned it off without realizing that I couldn't turn it back on (that was my mistake) and so I brought it back to this place today and when I came back at 3pm, the guy told me that it would cost me $40 plus tax and like an idiot, I paid it, not even considering the possibility that he "couldn't" fix it, because I need my phone to work. He didn't charge me last time, but he said he needed to this time because of the time it would take. Well the guy "worked" on it for about 30-35 minutes before he informed me I'd have to come back tomorrow at 1pm because that's when his manager would be there. I won't be able to go back tomorrow because I'll be working. So I left there and saw another similar place in the mall (livit mobile I think) and I went in there and the guy fixed it in less than 5 minutes and refused to let me pay him. He also told me that when they "fixed" it last time, they removed the bracket that was supposed to hold it in place so they made it where it would break on purpose. The federal government needs to shut this place down for defrauding the good people of Olympia. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy because I don't believe in cruelty. I'm planning on filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to hopefully get this SCAM place shut down!

Great service. A little pricey compared to other places but the turn around time makes up for it. Instead of driving to Seattle and waiting 3-5 days for a repair, these guys ordered the part and fixed my screen (S22 Ultra) in under an hour.

Spent $371 to have a cracked screen repaired on my phone, which was fully functional when leaving it with them for the screen replacement. After picking it up, the camera, both front and back photo functions have issues. "Selfie" camera function just goes to a blurry screen and locks up. Regular camera will take one picture then displays "camera failed" on the screen. When I took it back to them and explained they may have fixed the crack in the screen but they broke the camera, this place refused to take responsibility for damaging the camera during repairs. They offered NO resulution other than we will replace your camera for the cost of parts, mind you the camera was fine at time of drop off. They wouldn't even put the cracked screen back on the phone and refund the repair cost. I will never take another device to them for ANY kind of repair, nor will I recommend their services to anyone. They do not stand behind the work they do and will not take responsibility for damage they cause. Do not trust them! There are at least two other businesses in the mall that offer the same repair services, do yourself a favor and use one of them instead.

Brad was amazing, I told him I was having charging issues and he fixed the issue immediately! I had tried to clean the port many times and he got it spotless in seconds!

I went in with a phone that wouldn’t charge or plug into my aux cord anymore. They were super friendly and affordable and were able to fix the problem immediately! Would definitely recommend

Stopped by today to have my phone repaired due to charging issues. After a quick inspection and cleaning, John repaired the issue free of charge and in no time flat. I recommend stopping in for any repair needs.

We brought my daughters phone in after she had cracked the screen and during the repair it was discovered that there were parts missing in the phone that were left out by another phone reissue shop. The guys at The Phone Repair Center replaced the glass and then replaced the missing parts as well for free after we discovered the phone wasn’t working correctly. I am very happy with their high level of customer service and the staff are very nice as well. This will be our new place to go when we need repairs on our phone.

I was in town vacationing when I shattered my screen, after a quick search it was easy to make an appointment, service was quick about 30 minutes and it was the best price I found in the area! Definitely recommend, and their cases are so cute I couldn’t leave without one! Thank you so much for everything.
