I had an excellent experience with Trew! The whole staff was incredibly friendly, and I was kept up to date on the status of my car at all times. I love that they use texting, so during my busy day I can get updates and ask questions!

Would LOVE to give this place a -5 stars! The office ladies don’t call with updates (but we’re very nice when I called and tried to help!) but Bob is a poor excuse as a supervisor and that wouldn’t take accountability for the shops mess ups they had my car for a month due to part issues but wouldn’t update me on it and would deflect on their lack of communication issues. When I got my car back after a month there was mold ALL in my car when I talked to Adam about it he said “what do you want us to do about it, that isn’t our issue that has been there” I have never had mold in my car! I am beyond upset. I am a single mom and under 26 so I couldn’t get a rental because every week was an additional $200+ since I am a young driver. They are very unprofessional - it is a shame since I work at a dealership and would love to recommend this place but NEVER in my life would I have someone go to a place so unprofessional.

We were kept well informed and the shop worked well with the insurance company to make sure everything necessary was done and taken care of. Thank you!

Edit after I got a re-work from a competent auto shop:So, I was right. These people screwed me over and lied about it.I have continued to have problems with my car door after a hit-and-run that these people claimed they repaired. I called up my insurance and told them, and they sent me to get a re-work at a different shop.It turns out Trew didn't repair any of the internal damage to the door and didn't install it correctly which is why the door rattled when I was driving, why the lock was loose, why it was so hard to roll the window up and down, and why it no longer sat flush with the rest of the car body.Instead of actually doing their job and getting new parts to replace the ones that were damaged, they just put a new metal panel over the unrepaired damage and called it good.I actually needed a whole new door.Do NOT go to Trew. They're liars. They're lazy. They deserve to go out of business.-I’m so disappointed. The staff at the front were very kind and professional, however the work on my car is, at best, mediocre. My car was in a hit and run that badly dented my driver’s side door. I went here for repairs, and the work just isn’t what I expected. The lock on the door is still wiggly and loose in its setting, the seal around the door doesn’t seem as tight as it might be, as I can hear the wind more noisily than I did before when I’m driving, and worst of all is the window. I have the older kinds of windows that you need a little crank to roll manually. It’s difficult now to get my window rolled up or down as the crank is incredibly stiff and no longer turns easily. I really have to put muscle behind it, and I’ve hurt my wrist trying to do so. I brought it back to the shop asking for them to see if they could do anything about these problems, but they claimed it was, ‘fine,’ and sent me on my way. If your insurance company tells you to go here, I would advise asking for alternatives.

Their receptionists need some work. On time for the drop-off; 30+ minute wait. It's not a doctor's office, ladies.

Would LOVE to give 0 star review. Shop totaled my car within 24 hours of having it dropped off there. Upon disassembly of my hatch, they broke my spoiler and charged it to the insurance claim which caused it to be deemed totaled. They threw out my rear license plate with my tabs on it, threw out my license plate frame that was over that one, completely busted my dash cam, and let my car get towed away without my consent!! $150 dash cam that I asked if I needed to remove, and they assured me no, it’s fine. Also, I have footage of before I arrived at the shop, then moving my car around the lot, but for some ODD reason, all of the footage of my car even entering or being in their shop is mysteriously gone. Yet there’s still footage of it being taken to the salvage yard WITHOUT my consent. Erik at Trew in Olympia told me he wouldn’t let my car leave the lot until I had given verbal consent and gotten all my belongings out of my car. Neither of which happened, and I had to track my car down. Absolute mess and a disaster of a shop. WOULD NOT recommend ever. Watch out for USAA drivers, their insurance make you go to this shop which cannot be trusted!!!!!

Great availability, great communication, great final results. Top notch shop, highly recommend.I’ll note that they seem to be one of the only places in town that can accommodate a high roof van in their paint shop
