Union Goldsmiths is nothing short of perfection. My diamond solitaire had loose prongs and the diamond was in danger of falling out. I wanted to get it repaired at a reputable shop that wasn't going to pull any funny business. A good friend of mine recommended this shop and they did not disappoint.In addition, our original wedding bands needed a lot of repair. His band split and needed to be put back together. Mine looked brand new because it has been sitting in a drawer for years just a little too small now that I've reached 29 years of marriage.The repairs were completed flawlessly.The rings are back on my hand and I love it! What a treasure to find a shop that treats your precious memories with professional care and craftsmanship. Thank you for bringing back such a wonderful part of my life's journey.

I'm a little over a month posting this but that time has gotten some rave reviews of the finished product. These ladies were awesome to work with, they were very considerate of my feelings as this was a very personal family ring creation. It's just exactly how my vision was for the ring, utilizing old jewelry and diamonds of mine, very great attention to details and just great. I love the ring and would HIGHLY recommend these jewelers for your custom projects.

I had a great experience with this business. From start to finish Margit was super helpful and knowledgeable, and I love how my ring turned out!They were able to take a pair of earrings and ring from my late grandmother and turn it into an ideal, more modern ring that's unique to us. (I intentionally wanted the ring to be low-profile and sturdy for my active lifestyle). They were also able to recast metal from her ring, as well as my grandfather's ring, to recycle in my ring; and we brought in other scraps of yellow gold to sell to LCJ and have the price deducted from my ring's cost. The turnaround time was surprisingly fast, even during the holiday season (and COVID). Communication was easy and I would highly recommend!

My experience with this business consistently exceeds my expectations. They are the consummate professionals. They are extremely knowledgeable in their trade. They can fix the most complicated piece of jewelry you bring in to them. They can also help you redesign your jewelry to make it it to your liking, with wonderful and unique ideas. They also interact very professionally with their customers, taking the needed time to deal with you, and they do so very courteously, even when they're not making much of a profit. There are very few businesses left like this one anymore.

No jewelry store has made an impression on me like Legacy in Olympia's west side. You can buy your engagement/wedding rings there of course, and anything you see at a chain diamond jeweler can be purchased at Legacy. But, if you love unique, this is your jewelry seller! Every item on display was unique.....and I would wear any of those outrageously beautiful, inspired pieces with pride. Rather than going to your average jewelry seller with name recognition, where the non-ring pieces are cookie cutter, pop over to Legacy for SOMETHING SPECIAL! Custom designed pieces are just that...custom. I've never been awed by such unique, breathtaking jewelry in my life. The customer service is beyond compare, and I cannot stress the importance of the collective expertise and knowledge of the staff.
