“The store is a little jumbled and the first associate shh'ed me when I came up to ask for assistance with an item while she at chatting with what seemed to be a manager. The second associate I just happened to run into was a extremely lovely younger dark hair woman who I didn't need help from but she offered a few times and I appreciated it.”

“Actually really nice Ross! Pretty amazing selection. Good bathrooms and changing rooms. Although paper towels/a hand dryer in the bathroom would've been nice.”

“I am in a wheelchair and had a great experience in shopping at Olympia WA Macy's a week ago. From the very beginning when there was a handicap door that opened automatically I was very pleased. When shopping, I had two ladies assisting me and finding just the right sweater that I was looking for and I ended up buying three of them as they were on sale. The aisles were fairly wide in between the racks of clothes and it was easy for me to get around in my electric wheelchair. I would definitely shop there again thanks to Macy's employees for a great shopping experience.”

“I just wanted to get on here to rave about Parris Chiarani as she is such a talented beautician. She truly cares about taking excellent care of you when you are in her chair. She pays attention to what you want and knows her craft so well. I took my ten year old daughter to get a cut from Parris and she really went above and beyond to take care of my kiddo. We will stay loyal to her because she is crazy talented.”

“Went in for the usual weekly trip. Saw my favorite cashier, Shadow. Some idiot was causing a scene over her moving one of the grocery dividers away from his lady friend. Honestly it's as if some people were never taught manners, his reaction was way over the top and kind of ruined the relaxing and fun environment that the cashier he yelled at creates.”

“With my lack of leg strength, I'm unable to shop without an electric cart. Target always seems to have one available. As for Safeway, they very seldom have one available. So I'm unable to shop there. Great job Target!!!”

“7/2023 Great store- but like many stores nowadays- they need actual cashiers. Usually there is only two cashiers and about a dozen empty registers. The line for self-checkout is often the length of half the store. I have walked out without my purchases twice. I have done the "order online for pick-up" probably fifteen times in the last few years. It is handy and I've only had a minor issue once. However if everyone does that then they need employee shoppers and not cashiers. But- if the line wasn't so long normally I wouldn't use the online ordering. I appreciate this store and only wish they had more cashiers during peak times (which they can figure out). Thanks!”
