Stuck in Ocean Shores late in the evening, tried using my insurance's roadside assistance to have it towed home but waited over 4 hours with them unable to find anyone. I did a search with Yelp in my home area & tried some with no success, then tried Capitol Towing & Recovery although the coverage map did include Ocean Shores, and the guy on call said no problem. Should have called them 1st thing, they answered the phone, did not need to leave a message or create a Yelp project for services, and he got me & my vehicle home in less than a 4 hour timespan counting getting ready to leave & pick up the tilt bed hauler for a place that was well over 1 1/2 hours when I normally drive it. Yes I paid high price for this late at night service, but I needed to get home & already tired for an ordeal that took 9 hours into 6 am in the morning.

Really appreciated, his professional, courtesy and ability to explain things clearly. Now I can see why so many people only use Capital Towing and Recovery! He is the only tow truck driver that I will use in Thurston county. I’m sure there are other good ones out there, but I don’t need to look for anybody else. Clayton saved us a bunch of money and gave valuable advice for any future problems. His honesty is commendable!

My husband's car was stolen from his property and later was found by the State Patrol I-5 NB near the military base. His car was taken to the Capitol Towing & Recovery, which was great except, a large bill was adding up, and even though the car was stolen he was still responsible for any acquired charges. To make a long story short Capitol Towing understood that the cost was unexpected, and worked out an amount that both parties were comfortable with. I'm impressed with their customer service keep up the good work!!

I wish I would of caught the guy's name who was working 7/14/23 @ about 10:35 p.m, but I just wanted to say thank you. My mom was stuck with a flat tire on the side of I5 and after talking to Gieco roadside assistance for about an hour they told her they are unable to assist but if she wanted to try back in an hour they will try again. So not knowing what to do because she was over a 100 miles away by exit 57 in Toledo, I looked online for a 24/7 towing company and came up with Capital towing. After calling and explaining the situation he told me he could go out there but because of the distance it would be almost 2 hours in just drive time and he would honestly rather find someone who is way closer to get to my mom faster because he didn't like the fact she was broke down on I5 in the middle of the night and her insurance company told her she was SOL, so he found me a company and a number of an unrelated company that was more then 40 miles closer who could help. I called them and they had her back on the road about 30 minutes later. And I just wanted to let who ever it was I talked to to know how awesome and how much help he truly was. You guy's have a very good employee and should give him a raise! I'll end this now but just thank you again!

I lost my fob key to my car while looking at a few places to rent. I'm out of town. My spare was at home. I was stuck! Tim helped save my car by getting it towed to my local dealership the same day. After being disappointed by 3 companies and 2 failed tow attempts from USAA roadside, I decided to take matters into my own hands. My electric car required dollies for transport, and no one but Capitol Towing brought the right tools to the job. Very friendly, super responsive, professional and competent. As a bonus, their rate was 40% lower than a competitor I used years ago (who I was also happy with). These guys will be my go-to from now on.

My daughter's car was totaled on I-5 and it was towed here. Tim went above and beyond good service, taking my late-night call, working with us about getting pictures, and holding the car until my daughter could get back to transfer her belongings out of the car. And he was kind and caring during a very stressful time. Would like to think we will never have the need for a car tow again in Olympia, but if we did, I would call him in a heart beat.
