$420 dollar oil change on an mt100.These guys tried to charge me 420 bucks for a 4 quart oil change. (New machine, 50 hr oil change,1st one should probably should be free. Seems the machine was 48k)These guys billed 1.5 hrs labor at 180 per hr. On top of that, they charged 35 dollars for " shop fees" FOR AN OIL CHANGE. They said, "we also greased the machine...uhhh I use red and they use green, it was very easy to see it wasn't greased. I showed the service manager and he agreed. So i still paid 240 DOLLARS FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND AN EXTRA FILTER....This is 80 dollars more than my cummins costs, and it takes 12qts of synthetic. This was the most ridiculous charge I've ever seen.Don't use these guys.

In August (2021) I rented an S70 Skid-Steer Loader w/bucket from Bobcat of Olympia. I was so happy with the experience I had with Bobcat that I have to share it here. Simply put, if you are not doing business with this company, you are mission out on a GREAT business experience. Instead of writing a new comment here, I will share my experience (by posting) a copy of the email I sent to Bobcat after my equipment rental experience with them. Here we go, and a big THANK YOU again to Karen and James "Bobcat of Olympia!" [Hello Karen, Just wanted to let you know that I received my receipt; thank you. I don't know who your boss is, so if you don't mind, could you please pass this along to him/her. Karen is one of BEST people I've had the pleasure to do business with in my 64 years on this earth! You are VERY lucky to have an employee like her. Karen made working with your company so easy and pleasant for me that it almost seemed as if she were an employee of mine. Then there is James. James is the name of the person who delivered the rental equipment to me. James was equally as pleasant, professional, and able to work with as was Karen. James was so delightful that I can hardly put my experience with him into words. Here's the bottom line. I don't know what your company is doing to have the kind of employees that worked with me during my rental, but, whatever it is, I sure wish you could pass your ability to find such employees on to every other employer in the state of Washington! I enjoyed working with Karen and James so much that I am sad that I don't have a reason right now to work with them again. Thank you so very much for sharing the kindness and professionalism of your employees with me. I have contacted them twice for Excavator parts to be shipped to me. They were professional, courteous and fast at getting me my parts and they answered their phone both times.

Bobcat has been great every step of the way. From sales to service after the fact. Derek has been an awesome resource and I can't speak highly enough about him. Will come back through the years to get my current and future equipment needs
