The worst experience ever! They were to repair an oil leak in my daughter‘s car. They wanted $5000 to do so. Gave them $5000 cash and when we got the car back it was still leaking oil. Took it back and they said it was a different leak and wanted to charge for looking at it. $5000 later the car still burns and leaks oil like crazy!

Called on Tuesday for a appointment on Wedsday June 22, 2022 at 10 am. Was early and door was locked. Called and supposed Beau was in Porland getting a part. Asked to be called back when he got almost to Centralia so we could meet up. No phone call. Called twice since last being Friday the 24th.. Now everyone needs a appointment with someone that don't keep appointment....found a better car machinic any ways that keeps there appointment. AVOID ...

STAY AWAY -This guy is a con artist. This mechanic lied to me after I paid him 7k to fix an oil leak and fix some occasional slight power loss when driving up hill . He offered to reinstall the hydraulic air lift suspension that it used to have. Which he did do. But after that was completed. He then said the car needed two new catalytic converter. And that would be 4k more. And when we asked to keep the old ones, then changed his story. Then he said I had 3 broken pistons!?!? And tried to sell me a used engine block instead that he had laying in his shop . He had my car for 2 months. We took the car home. It was gutless but we took it to another reputable mechanic. Who told me the turbos had been unplugged. And some homemade chip had been installed where they were usually plugged in at. And suddenly I had a bad mass airflow sensor??? He also unplugged one of the O2 air sensors as well. He also left air in the brake lines . BUYER BEWARE!!!! I was out 7k and he wanted more. He also asked me to pay one of my payments to him in cash. Which I thought was weird at the time. But tried to accommodate him. I should have realized that was a red flag. It appears it was actually in need of new coil packs . BAD GUY!!!

Be careful doing business here. After buying an Audi here Beau gave us 30 days to bring it in if there were any issues. It lead us to feel confident purchasing here because most places don't do that. With in a couple days the power steering went out, leaking and all. When my husband contacted him he refused to fix it...Very shady and unprofessional to go back on your word. Proceed with caution ⚠️when buying here.On another note they did a nice job fixing the AC and that is the only reason for two stars...Service: A/c installation & repair

I brought my A-4 in for an oil leak. They replaced the oil pan for $1000 and I brought the car home. It still leaked oil. I brought it back and they did additional work for $300. When I returned home the check engine light was on and the oil leak was worse. This place is not recommended. They refused to refund d the money I paid for the second job. Avoid at all costs.Follow up: I had the car repaired at a reputable service vendor.The VC gasket repair was done unnecessarily.The transmission pan was damaged. Fixed and the car is running fine. Please note this shop has no lift to inspect your car professionally. Further Follow up: When the new Valve Cover (VC) was installed Audi Here pinched or cut the VC when installing it. Photo attached. Just negligence all around.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have a 2003 Audi A4 that was overheating and asked them to check it out. Had AAA tow it there, they "diagnosed" it and said $5,000 to fix the water pump, thermostat and reset timing!!! I don't think it's worth putting $5,000 into considering I can buy a whole new car with that. My husband called them 2 days after and let them know AAA is going to pick it back up and they say what about the bill. What bill??!!! No prices were EVER discussed! They said its $200 for "diagnosing" what was wrong with the vehicle. My husband then text the shop owner saying prices and such were never discussed, so owner calls my husband ranting and raving saying get your POS off my property by 4 o'clock when we close. Hangs up and texts saying if it's not gone today then I'm gonna start charging storage fees and your vehicle will not be available in front of my shop until you pay me my money!!Obviously there customer service is garbage!

I couldn't get to the bottom of a fuel pressure issue I was having. Beau and the boys diagnosed it, fixed it, along with a few other major needs to my car, and had me back on the road feeling like I had a new car again! My car runs like a champ now! Brought my A-4 for an oil leak. They replaced the oil pan for $1000. Drove car home. Engine still leaked. Brought it back for further work at $300. Car still leaks oil and now check engine light is on. Asked for $ back on second job. They said no. This is a wack a mole place with no real expertise to fix problems. Not recommended. I went to this place blindly. I had issues with my car and Bo was amazing. He fixed the problem with my door on the spot! I stopped back by for another reason and he was so very nice again. Today I called him regarding a tire issue and he was so pleasant and helpful! This place is remarkable and I recommend it to everyone. They are extremely knowledgeable about their specialized car repair and very rare excellent service!!!
