The shop is a scam. They charged me three times going rate for same-day order and were completely unapologetic. They did not give me a quote upfront for how much it was going to be, and they seem to think that their up charge was reasonable even though when I walked in, they didn’t have anything printing. Make sure you know what you’re getting before you go in. They seem to think they can charge whatever they want regardless of how much others are charging for the same service.

You must ring a silent doorbell just to enter the building. Only, after ringing and waiting several minutes and ringing and knocking more, they will not be open at 1115am on a Thursday. I miss Crain's. World's better.

They really care about the customer no matter the size of the job. I was very touched by a phone call from Glenda when I did not pick up a ticket confirmation. She was concerned that I may have missed my ride. For a busy person to do this is almost unheard of anymore. I highly recommend this company.

I had such a great experience working with Glenda today. I was printing documentation to request a security deposit from a previous landlord. She included extra information on the receipt for my own documentation and gave some some very helpful advice as a former property manager. She really went above and beyond. AlphaGraphics is lucky to have such a great employee. I will definitely be back!

Really? A 5 day quarantine on construction plans when time is of the essence. Cant even tell me before i drop off the stuff to be printed, i had to find out after its on lockdown. Couldn't be more disappointed in a company and how they communicate. Last time i use them.

Glenda went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! I can’t say enough good things about her! After a terrible experience at another printing shop where they fell through on our project, my sister and I went to Alphagraphics on Christmas Eve in hopes that we could get this project done in time for Christmas. Glenda made it happen!! She was in great communication with me, and really brought my vision to life, working right up until closing. When we came in to pick it up, Glenda was extremely kind and really showed true interest in what we had worked so hard in creating. Alphagraphics is LUCKY to have her as an employee. I can’t thank you enough Glenda!!!!❤️

I spoke with a woman here that claimed they knew everything about printing. She seemed inept, or incompetent. Was NOT willing to help, had ZERO patience. Unwilling to help or assist to find a solution. If this person is an example of this company STAY FAR AWAY, IMHO.
