Terrible service, went into the store and the old lady (I'm assuming her name is Lourdes) gave me a dirty look and didn't even say hi. I asked her if they pick up LBC boxes and she said yes, I then ask her when or what time they can pick up and she said "later this afternoon". Afternoon came and I waited and waited, then around 2-3 I decided to call her and ask when they'll come to pick up and she said "6:30PM". How is that the afternoon?! Then her and her husband showed up at my house around 6:55PM. Her husband is rude as well since he just came up and took the LBC boxes, didn't even say hi or anything. I payed for the 2 boxes and then at the end she told me that it's going to be $5 each box for pick up. She never mentioned anything earlier that day that she's going to charge for pick up! I then gave her the money and asked when I'll be getting 2 empty LBC boxes and she said that it's going to be $5 each box, which pissed me off even more because if you take it to an actual LBC store they replace the boxes for FREE!! I hope this place closes down because it's a waste of space on this island and the people are TERRIBLE

I expected SO much more from this place smh. I walked in and was like "GOOD MORNING" the old lady didn't even greet me back! I thought it was because she couldn't hear me but a few minutes later I asked if they had an item in the store and all she said was "Nope", she had a snobby attitude and when I asked when they will be getting new food all she responded was with "I don't know" NOT TO MENTION HER HUSBAND WAS JUST SLEEPING ON THE COUCH. IN THEIR OWN STORE. FOR ALL CUSTOMERS TO SEE. oh my Gosh I am just raged. I don't get why this place is still open honestly. The workers are just rude and have the worst customer service also I'm pretty sure the food they sell is all stale and old asf! Dang yo y'all need to go out of business tbfh shut this trash place down I mean it's not like they have any customers anyways like it's a ghost town up in here

I like olives beacuse they have all the filipino stuff with need here in oak harbor you dont need to go far to,look for a filipino store that far from the island. The is great she is a helpful person.

I actually perferred Olive's compared to Perla's only because I always find Olive to be extremely nice and helpful. I also enjoyed her selection and the last time I was there she had expanded/rearranged the store a little bit so there was more room for her refridgerators and products. Also, I don' t know if she still offers food, but the food that I did order for take out was pretty decent. I'm really surprised that for such as small town as OH that it has as many filipino stores as it does. I guess there is a greater filipino community than I am aware of but it's great to have variety.
