The service representative appeared preoccupied with his phone. The attention given was of no interest in helping the customer. Customer service was very lacking overall.

I really have only gone there for gas. With prices the way they are not I make a point to go there when I near empty. The last time I filled up I compared prices to those on average in town and I saved $16.00. Well worth the effort.

Always happy with the service here. They do a lot of our scheduled maintenance and tires. Prices are the best on the island and their customer service is great.

Grandma and grandpa used to bring us to the Navy Exchange when I was growing up. Sometimes it would be an entire family trip, my grandparents, my parents, and my sister and I. Other times it might be my grandparents with my sister and I. More recently, I have come here on a more frequent basis since I started visiting my grandma for overnight solo visits in 2016.We make a point of coming here and seeing if there is anything either of us needs/wants. I have fun these days with trying to help her find presents for family members. Typically, presents and gifts we go to the electronic section for, though not always, as the prices tend to be a better deal than other in-person and online retailers. When I was younger we occasionally enjoyed stops at the food court. Shopping could be a half day experience when we were really into it.

5/13/21Visiting Washington State and wanted to see Deception Pass. We always make it a point to come down the way to make a stop at Oak Harbor for the Naval Base Commissary and Exchange. Just never know what you might find. We pulled up to the gate and there was some sort of emergency as the gate was closed. Our patience paid off after about 10Minutes and the gate was reopened. Spent 30 min in the Navy exchange. We found a few things we needed, and left. The exchange is the same as Naval Base 32nd street in San Diego. Things were very familiar. Overall, a very nice day spent on this base. We will return.

We popped on base and went into the NEX to explore, my son reported for duty yesterday at his new base! He went as far away as he could in the continental US~ this NEX is very nice! I loved the section dedicated to Whidbey Island swag and local gifts. They had a section that made me laugh out loud, advertising Washington's Rain Festival, from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31st! Since I stayed in a nice hotel with a fantastic view of the water and never saw a sunset- just shades of gray to black, I can completely concur that I experienced this Rain Festival. Besides my souvenir shopping, they essentially have a mall crammed into one building. Electronics, clothing, purses, fragrances, home goods, pet supplies and more! There is even a cafe. This was my 4th NEX (I think) that I have been to and I think it was the nicest.
