I went in for a coolant sensor (a 10 minute job). It's 11:55a now ,I checked in at 6:30a. The woman at the register had an attitude because I turned the lights on in the lobby and then when I asked the tech why he didn't put the sensor on after it arrived he stated I'm busy sir. While just standing there. If you need service this isn't the place.

Reserved parking, I'm a disabled vet that just wanted to park for a couple hours. This and every other predatory business preying on mandatory dot requirements should be shut down.

While looking for a place to rest for a couple days, I came across this truck stop, hidden away surrounded by a beautiful view of the mountains. There are things for entertainment around this location. Like a great Mexican restaurant, trails that, if you have more time, you can venture down and sight see. Saving the best for last! The staff, not to leave anyone out, was impeccably and courteous. Bob was very friendly and just a great person to be introduced to. There is one being that I happened to be a little concerned about...I just can't seem to remember there name. Finally for the one I enjoyed the most, she is Thereza! She was very professional along with friendly. She handled situations with the most professionalism and honestly she is the most beautiful one of them all. I hate I didn't get her number so I could continue to get to know her. I was very interested and couldn't hardly keep her out of my mind. Hopefully I get another opportunity to stop in again and spend more time with them all. Almost felt like family! Thanks for the experience you all!!

I gave 5 stars due to the staff. The first shift was very nice and helpful. The young man helped me with using my points to purchase an item for my truck. 2nd Shift Theresza, and a young man I think his name is Ben were great. Had a sweet tooth, and Theresza helped solve that problem. Staff has a good sense of humor. That just broke up my monotonous day driving in the city.
Store and food area very clean.
Parking, well, the app is kind of helpful. Pay parking fills up by 15:30.
Verizon seems to work okay

They wouldn't let us use the bathrooms even though we got a full tank of gas and the attendant was super rude about it

I would be surprised if staff if pocketing the extra spaces charged for here over 60 as on the app. This place has 60 spots reserved, 64 are kinda marked some actually with signs. Parked outside that area and this place beat on the door and threatened to tow. (And her rude comments because she could read a Window for a truck number). When talked to the young kid inside he had no customer relations ability. I advised him we are not parked in reserve and spots are not properly marked. Charging more for more than 60 spots for parking. The female only banged on random ones in the area. This place needs great help and training. It is a cooperate ta and this is completely the worst ever and unacceptable behavior and actions. I've gotten to the point where I'm not gong to fuel, shop or service at ta. They let people park randomly in the lot because to cheap to pay and nothing is done. Then when you park in a spot you have issues with ta. Make your money ripping others off.

If I could leave Zero stars I would. STAY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! I parked in a free spot clearly not marked reserved by paint or signage and was woken up at 7:30 PM along with at least 5 other trucks chosen at random and told to leave or be towed. Waiting on law enforcement to arrive.

This TA is increasingly taking away parking space, and those that don't have to pay, every day that passes the situation becomes more difficult for truck owners and drivers as well. How sad it is for a driver who comes exhausted from so many hours of driving and sees 7 empty parking spaces that you can't park in because they are blocked by these barriers, and they have been there for months blocking 7 parking spaces, my question is what is the purpose? ?

The rudest staff of any truck stop I have been to. They will insult you to your face and this has happened on many different occasions. At least one fuel pump is down most times I have been here and the key pads are often out of service so you have to go inside and deal with the staff to get fuel. I know this is a TA, but this is bad even for a TA.

Get in here early, before 12:00 noon. To get a decent parking spot. After 3:00 pm (1500), the chances of getting a parking spot diminish greatly. Trucks do park along both shoulders of both the exit ramps and entrance ramps on both sides of this I-90 exit #34 (going both directions).

Parking availability is minimal ALWATS.. but the bigger problem is the restaurant being completely closed, and then the Popeyes chicken being closed and locked at 730pm on a Tuesday...I guess truckers that drive later than 9-5 don't get to eat...SAD

Leaving a ONE STAR review for McKinley. Attempted to check in for coolant hose replacement, apx 3pm. McKinley advised they had one tech on duty then, and the 4pm tech "might not show up". They were unable to check me in until 6am/next day. I asked if she could PLEASE, just take my phone number. "No." The 2 jobs before me were "possibly" radiator. McKinley repeatedly said no about checking me in/getting me on the list over their speculative work load and shop help. This made no sense to me at all. 5 minute conversation with McKinley. More than anything, I got the distinct impression she enjoyed saying no, speculating, and making "executive decisions" that did nothing to instill a sense of customer care or concern.
FIVE STARS go to Isiah (shop manager). Isiah came in, explained their position, AND WILLINGLY took my phone number "just in case" their work load changed. THAT made sense to me and exemplified good customer service.
I returned to the shop at 4pm to see if they had the appropriate size hoses in their inventory. Thankfully, McKinley was not behind the counter. I then learned that their work load had indeed changed, the 4pm tech had showed up, and they would be able to work on my truck. Huh... Imagine that!!
FIVE STARS go to Tech-Lana. I was in the shop at 5:30pm and she enthusiasticly set about inspecting and ordering the hoses needed.
T/A... Please re-evaluate the worthiness of your counter help. McKinley DOES NOTHING to promote customer service or goodwill. If anything, she is completely frustrating, uncooperative, and again, seemingly enjoys making a simple request or procedure needlessly difficult.
Review provided by 10 year i/o/o that has +40 years customer service experience before entering the wonderful world of trucking.
Thank you.

The staff here really HATES customers. She completed two batches of manual penny counting before ack owledging my existence. Then she tried to deny that there was a scale ticket waiting for me. Then she went furious because I did not tell her that I scaled in the app. I am reporting TA to CAT scales now because CAT is not aware and does not inform users that you have to tell TA you weighed in the app in order to get the ticket.
