We've used H&D numerous times over the years. We normally do all our own mechanic work but when we're short time or have issues we're unfamiliar with Rod has been the most knowledgeable and helpful mechanic in our area. I have delt with Rod on small issues in the past without trouble. How ever I haven't had my truck in his shop for anything major. My truck started having injector problems so I started looking around for a shop I felt I could trust to do a good job for me. I should have just taken my matters into my own hands , I would have been better off. Two weeks and counting waiting on injectors that I finally just ordered on my own and had them the next day from Cummins out of Portland. Apon telling H&D that I couldn't wait anymore , I was shown an incredible amount of disrespect that I haven't taken from any shop anywhere in 20 years. I understand things take time but I'm a legitimate business man with a reputation to uphold , so I took it apon myself to just fix it. I'm sure H&D know what theyre doing mechanically , but the SUCKED!!! At customer service with me. I once refererred people to this place and now I will go out of my way to turn people away. All of this could have been avoided if certain people could have just remained cordial. I was warned by other mechanics and truck dealerships around to avoid H&D and I guess I should have listened.
