I've always been very happy with hair cuts at this location, but the stakes have been low: a little trim, freshening up the layers, etc.
When I finally decided to cut my long hair short for the first time ever, I was fairly nervous. Hairdresser Charlene is a consummate professional. She took one look at the photo I brought with me and said: "We can do that!" She asked questions to make sure she knew exactly what I was looking for, and included me in the process every step of the way. She knows just the right amount of chit-chat to put one at ease, but she also educated me about my hair as she worked.
The haircut looks and feels AWESOME. Thank you so much!!

The person who did my haircut said that I had a empty patch of hair at the back of my head which I wasn’t aware of, None of the persons who cut my hair previously have said or pointed that, even she dint point out until she was working with the shortest clippers. I was so confused. But later realized that she did a small mistake and was trying to cover it by saying I had an empty patch. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

QUICK, EASY, and EFFICIENT
I started going to this Great Clips about 3 years ago and have really enjoyed the haircut process here...and I don't even like getting my hair cut. I was introduced to the mobile app by one of the stylists and it was a gamechanger. I simply schedule on the app, walk in when the app suggests, and within 3 minutes I'm in a chair getting my hair cut.
For the haircut portion, I get the same thing every time and they already know what I want before a word has been said. I've always been happy with the haircut I receive, and my wife likes it when I get home...the most important part.

This place has the worse service. Went to get my son a haircut and when the stylist (she said she was the owner) asked my son what he wanted I was standing next to him giving her feedback. She told me to go sit down and that she had a policy that doesn't let parents stand and watch while she gives the cut. That she only listens to the person she's cutting. I told her i wanted to stand and watch since I was paying for it. She got aggravated and told me that she doesn't allow it. At this point, I told my son to get up and we both left It was the strangest and most condensing thing I've experience. Someone mentioned in their review that they felt uncomfortable and disrespected..I couldn't agree more. The manager or owner (hispanic looking lady) gives this vibe like she's a know it all..borderline condescending. I live one minute away and have been here quite a few times and had good experience with other stylists. But today was the worse. Will never come back.

I would agree with others who say they would give zero store if they could. This place has the worst service. Had to go 3 times to get a proper trim - once to get it, second time to get the forgotten neck and third time correct the layers that were not at all blended .

UNRELIABLE! Booked an appointment at 5:45' and it was confirmed with 20 minutes of wait time. Drove to the Great Clips and arrived there by 6:00', and noticed they decided to "cancel" my confirmed appointment while I was driving and they no ponger accept any customer! I asked why, they said because we are closing! I said your app says it closes at 6:30', right now it is 6:00' and I had a confirmed appointment with you for 6:05', the response was sorry we are short of staff and decided to close sooner today!! I wasted 30 minutes on the road because they decided to close sooner!

Service- Youth girls haircutWarning - On Saturday's they refuse to wash hair. The stylists were rude - I wish I would have read the reviews prior to wasting my money. As it relates to the hair cut it was fine - basic cut. We likely won't go back.
