“I have been to CPR twice. Once to replace a failing battery and second time to repair a cracked screen. These folks are exceptional in service and skills. And, reasonably priced. Verizon recommended them to me and I don't have cell phone insurance. I won't go anywhere else, but they're busy. You can definitely walk in, but I prefer an appointment through their website.”

He was super nice and it has a 30 day warranty. And he gave me a free screen protector . I have never had such a smooth process with any company when it comes to electronics. “Tyler was extremely helpful when I came in with an issue. I went to the Everett AT&T location twice before this and they kept messing up my order for the new iPhone 15. I placed my order back in September and at the end of October I received a text that my order canceled when it should have shipped. Went back in to the store to find out the girl that helped me the first time put all of my information into the system incorrectly. It was just a mess. Once I went to this location, Tyler was quick to solve the issue and did everything perfectly. I got my new phone 2 days later!! I definitely recommend going to him for any help you need!!”

Explaining in full detail the insurance process. Providing me with that departments number and even repeated the number back to me. As silly as this may sound I’m so serious when I say that that right there folks is the true definition of CUSTOMER SERVICE. As the millennials would say: “Period/That part!”In addition and in closing I’d say keep insurance people. These devices are beautiful and without proper protection fairly fragile. It’s well worth the money and it helps with being frugal and financial literacy. I mean come on how many times do you eat at a fast food place instead of off the stove? I have never had a long wait to be helped. I was in there the other day and had a less than satisfied experience. I should have got her name. I think she might have been the manager. Long brown hair. She was quite unenthusiastic and acted like I was a bother to her day. She was not only not helpful but extremely unfriendly! I left and got excellent help elsewhere.”
