Great little smoke shop! I come in here monthly to stock up for my brother.. The owner is a great guy and I really look forward to stopping in each month. We buy 2 bags of Largo tobacco and 4 boxes of Top tubes. Costs much less than 2 cartons of regular cigarettes for my brother to make his own.Though we now have their free lighters coming out our ears... ?(See ya next month my friend!)

Prices are still somewhat decent dor the area. Really want a great deal, go to Skagit Valley Casino. Almost half what I pay elsewhere and the same tax. The owner at this particular establishment will remember me. I've shopped there for years. After being away for about 2 months, the store looked somewhat empty and I asked him if they were closing. He RUDELY said I must have been the woman from a couple of weeks ago and no, just because they had 2 booths closed (legitimately more) they were not closing. I told him it couldn't have been me as I hadn't been there in over 6 weeks. He repeated this again twice. I kept reminding him it couldn't be me. Clearly, he has upset others in the community and and after years of patronage, I will NEVER go back.

Absolutely no product to speak of . Definitely a money laundering business. No way you can call it a shop. Shelves are all empty. 4 pieces of glassware and trash clothing. I'd give it less stars if possible

Wouldn't accommodate a reasonable exchange within 15 minutes of purchase. I bought the wrong size item and brought it back unopened within 15 minutes. Unfortunately the owner wouldn't budge, even for store credit. I told him to keep the item and I left. Policies are policies but I was bummed he didn't work with me for an item that was less than 10 bucks.

I have been a dedicated customer for over 20 years. The man in the back likes to stereotype and judge off appearances.Then pick and choose who and what he does for each customer rather than treating all equally. Even with solid facts being shown to him this is clearly discrimination. It's unfortunate to see what our society is coming to.20 years later and this is what I get? Loyalty above all

Our visit was not pleasant it's at least 60 miles from home to Plus so pruior to departure so it wouldn't be a wasted trip. We went there to cash a check from West Seattle Recycling where we recycled our Copper, Lesd, Brass Shell casings&a few old batteries(That place is The best as far as customer Service,helpful staff,Fair prices,A Great Business all the way around. Any anyways we drove down there to cash your check where am I scrap show up and the guy who I just talked to you tells me I cannot cash your check I must be able to call this business and verify that this check is legitimate and the funds are meant for you and our view available I was upset to say the least they didn't tell me that when I called to do cash checks two-party checks self to say the least we got a ride to or misled Miss line would be a better word to sum it up places in Berkeley and they do have a good grade you like novelty swords and knives I mean nothing high quality but they are very correct your lips or something and then go back up prices are bad or their recreational Products that they are also I've been depressed a customer service. Very clean either Evelina covid standards neither am I so as far as prices go I'd recommend it if you're going friendly customer service sorry I would have to not recommend

Always has the brand I smoke, never an issue and when you purchase a carton, the owner gives you a lighter. When I need my brand of smokes that's were I go. Always!
