After reading a few unhappy people leave reviews for this clinic I felt compelled to leave my own. This clinic is absolutely a diamond. Dr. Paul and Dr. Scott genuinely care about the animals. Money is the least of their priority. I recently lost my German Shepherd suddenly and was absolutely heart broken. Dr. Scott was so kind and compassionate he made a terrible situation the best it could be. He rushed an X-ray just to put my mind at ease and we were able to make an immediate decision. I trust this clinic 100% and would highly recommend this clinic to everyone. Dr. Scott’s staff has the utmost respect for him as he is a true teacher and has only people of character surrounding him who emulate his work ethic and strong character. It’s too bad some people that have left reviews on such a public platform don’t have more maturity to understand the complexity of veterinary work and the costs involved in owning animals.

All the staff was super kind and understanding. The Dr was great and didn't demand blood work as most seem to do. Very cost conscious. Love them!

As a devoted pet owner, I am deeply disappointed by the recent experience I had with Puget Sound Veterinary Group. While I have always appreciated their expertise in caring for my furry friend, The issue arose when I needed to refill my pet's prescription medication. To my surprise, I was informed that I would have to pay a $20 fee to have the prescription filled through my chosen pharmacy which has never been the case. This additional charge was not only unexpected but also felt like a blatant attempt to squeeze more money out of loyal customers like myself.What particularly irks me is the lack of transparency surrounding this fee. There was no prior notification or explanation provided by puget Sound Vet Group about this new policy. It felt like a sneaky tactic to catch pet owners off guard and coerce them into paying an unnecessary fee.Furthermore, the insistence on using a specific third-party service feels restrictive and anti-consumer. As a pet owner, I should have the freedom to choose where I fill my pet's prescriptions, especially if it means avoiding unnecessary fees.Overall their decision to prioritize profits over the well-being of pets and their owners is deeply disappointing. I urge them to reconsider and to prioritize transparency and fairness in their pricing policies. Until then, I will be exploring other options for my pet's healthcare needs.

Beyond Amazing! The entire staff is concerned about your pets comfort and well being, and very personable. Extremely Knowledge doctors, they consult with the other vets on staff to solve issues. No BS when they're explaining your options for care. This veterinarian office operates like a well trained pit crew.
