Well folks, we have been loyal customers for 5+ years. That is, until today. Our appt was scheduled for 3:15pm. We showed up at 3:18pm. We waited at the reception desk for 3 minutes to get checked in. The young receptionist, with the short brown hair and glasses, to the right of the desk proceeded to inform us that we 11 minutes late (for a 3:15 appt? Please make it make sense) and that they would "see if they could get us seen at all AND that there would be a $30 late fee added." Huh?! All the while smirking and rolling her eyes and exuding a snotty attitude, BTW. I informed her that I would absolutely not be paying a late fee because we were not late and that we would be taking our business elsewhere. To say I am disappointed doesn't even come close to describing what a negative experience we had. We looove Dr. Wolf and wish that the front office problems weren't such a deciding factor for us to discontinue care there. It looks like we aren't the only families who have had an issue with this particular receptionist. Please please make some much needed revisions, for the sake of your customers. Thank you!

They were good at first depends who's working, half the staff is dry and angry and holds some grudge idk what but there's clearly beef in the building.
The first vet who saw my dog was perfect and she was engaging, an older lady with long hair. I lost her name unfortunately, I haven't had her since then and couldnt ask for her, I assumed they would try to keep the same person so the animals don't get uncomfortable but my dog got someone new each time. It was strange. On top of that, I was told for the first visit I had to pay right then but after the second visit I can bill it. Well on my 4th visit I needed it in payments and billed to me and the only receptionist there told me they don't do that there but I had done that with the last 2 visits and I paid back at the asking time so that was confusing.
I shook that off and didn't think too much about it but then my mom tried going and getting my dog her check up, under my name and I assume the same lady because of my mom's description. Well that lady refused and said the owner needed to be there, my mom told her to call me and she again refused... I had put my mom's name on the authorization list because I took our cat another time too just to find out it never went through or the lady had some secret beef idk but it wouldn't have been hard to call me and she refused my mother service, my mother was asking to arrange an appointment too not a walk in visit. It was really strange but that lady with short brown hair and glasses is always snarky and rude so I took my animals and found a happier place.

Very caring staff and they have very affordable pricing. We drive from North Bend to come here because they are so great to our 2 dogs. Dr. Wolf is our vet and we love her! But all the staff are wonderful. They even answer questions via text and email. I read other reviewers who accuse this clinic of being a money grab and that has never been our experience. They are always up front with their pricing and quotes and are way more reasonable than other clinics.

I don’t like that I am asked to pay for an exam before a procedure I am in need of for my pets. Seems like a cash grab.
In addition, the receptionists have been rude/snappy. I think some changes would make a big difference in my experience coming and spending money here.

A great vet. They got us in and we so loving toward my dog. They did everything to save her life. And happy to say she has made a full recovery.

Easy to get appointment set up.. Very nice staff. The veterinarian took his time and was quite thorough. Gave options and advice for things. Clean and welcoming. Overall good experience.

It wasn't made for wheelchair people. I guess it you were strong and you could pull open the extremely heavy doors ok ?
All the employees were nice-ish. I can't complain. The vet was uber nice.
