I brought two of my cats in for general check ups. One of my cats they gave vaccines to, and then didn’t bother telling me she would need a booster in three weeks. The other cat got his blood tested and a week later, I got a call from the vet who didn’t even see my cats saying that he might have pancreatitis. When I called back the next day, the vet who actually saw my cat said she didn’t think so. I brought my cat back in to have a urine test and apparently, I had already paid for that test without them knowing whether or not he needed it. I was also told both cats needed teeth extracted but when I called to make an appointment, they had no dental vet available and no recommendations. Just a waitlist. I paid at the front desk (over $800) and the receptionist barely spoke to me, much less try to set up a follow up appointment.
A few weeks later, I get consistent texts about my cat needing a vaccine that she had just gotten, so I ignored them because I wasn’t told she needed a booster. A month or so later, I got an email saying that their small animal vet has left the clinic and they can no longer see small animals. For some reason, this means more frequent texts about my cat needing shots. So, I finally call to ask them to stop texting me constantly and it turns out she needs booster shots, which I wasn’t told. They actually do have a small animal vet, but they’re only in today. This place is a disorganized mess and I wouldn’t trust them with an ant farm. There is no way I’d take my cats back here.

I've had great experiences with each vet I've had care for my pets and livestock from this clinic. ❤ them, and the techs, and the staff!

Went in for a consultation for my senior lab. They charged me $75 to tell me that they could not do anything and referred me to veterinary dental places. That were over 50 mi away.

I took my mare to NW vet and saw dr. White . He was very thorough and took time to really explain her diagnosis and the medication I took home. BIG clean facility and very affordable. I will use them for my horses and plan to switch my dogs over too!!

I absolutely adore Dr. Claire. She has been my geldings primary vet for a few years now and I can't say enough great things about her. She is a kind, compassionate, and thorough vet who truly cares about her patients and their people. I'm grateful for her knowledge and expertise, she has done a wonderful job keeping my boy sound and comfortable.

Dr. Chandler and the rest are amazing. My lab loved going to them as a puppy and now as a 1 year old, he's so excited to visit all the girls!! They treat us humans very well too!!

Dr. Jen Allen and her helper Silver have been great with normal barn calls. But when my horse had a mysterious injury that was crippling his rear, they were relentless in trying to figure out what was wrong and what to do about it. It was decided to at least try chiropractic adjustments and he is now walking normally with riding in his immediate future, a future we didn't think he had at all a month ago. I do not have enough superlatives for their diagnostic abilities, determination and kindness. Ten stars at least!!!
