Bought a gun safe from coastal last Friday 7/24/25 for a pick up on Saturday. Because it was calling for rain I asked how they load the gun safes because it would determine what truck I was going to bring. The sales person in the gun department said that they prefer to lay them down, which was great because I would bring my truck that had a Tonneau cover. Went on Saturday to pick up the gun safe and the fork lift operator said that they never lay them down. I had to go back inside and purchase a tarp and completely remove my Tonneau cover and strap it down as well. I live over an hour away and driving home to get another truck was not a great option. The communication between employees was horrendous and cost me a lot of time removing my Tonneau cover and the purchase of a tarp that I did not need. I don't know if I would purchase another large item here again.

This location is quite a big store. Always very clean. This time, I needed some clothing items as a gift. They had everything I needed, including harder to find sizes in jeans (tall and skinny). I was also able to come and return a shirt straight across for a different size even though I had forgotten to grab my receipt (with the original payment method and driver's license). I've always been really happy with this store. I'm always happy to drive farther out of my way to come here.

Prices are higher than expected.The checkout till wasn't working correctly, the cashier was frustrated and didn't know what to do. I suggested manually entering items and then scan, which worked for her.

Edit 1 11 14 2023Got boot laces for my Georgia boots they are great. Thanks sorry that I had to return a set of laces since I bought 2 and didn't know 2 laces were included in one.Thanks got knife sharpener and headphones Dewalt work headphones that I haven't got to using yet but.i will.

Really like to shop here because there is so much neat stuff and good quality clothing. However, they could really use more cashiers so that the wait is not so long when checking out. I do realize this is a difficult balance because one minute there is no one in line and the next there are 5 or 6 people, but it seems we always to have to wait at least 5 minutes for a cashier.
