I couldn't get into my regular vet and my 7mo old kitten was having some eye issues that I wanted check out ASAP. A Google search brought me to Animal Care Center and I'm SO happy it did! They were so responsive, helpful and kind. I called 9 different clinics trying to get care for my kitten and not only did the Animal Care Clinic make room for my kitten for the following day, they gave me suggestions on other places in case I needed to get him in even sooner. Out of the 9 places I called they were THE ONLY clinic to do that. They put up with our crazy kitten, gave him wonderful care and the cost was reasonable and straightforward. The vet communicated with me multiple times during the day to let me know what was going on. Our current vet is 3 minutes from our house; The Animal Care Clinic is a 30 min drive and I think it's totally worth it! We will be switching for sure. Highly recommend!

We had a great first experience. My dog is a bit more anxious but as soon as Dr Meyers sat on the floor with him he was licking him and wanted nothing but love. They figured out the problem with my dog instantly and got me a treatment plan right away. Will be planning our surgery date soon. Thank you all!

Very nice staff here. Appointments can usually be booked much quicker than at other vets in my area so this was worth the drive to mt vernon for sure.

I was not at all satisfied with the care my dog received. The vet only used medical language that a regular person wouldn’t understand. Mentioned that giving him heartworm preventive care when he doesn’t have heart worms would cause my dog a “slow and painful death”. This comment seemed completely unnecessary and abrasive as I did not even ask for this treatment. My dog is older, but they treated him as if he were completely senile and going to die tomorrow. They also included treatments and medications that I did not ask for on my estimate to charge me more than needed. I pointed it out and had them remove those charges. When they brought back the total without the unnecessary charges, it had been reduced by $130. I will not be returning.

Fast friendly service at a reasonable rate and Buddy was well taken care of.
Saturday hours is a bonus and after having issues with a FEW other vets in the area, so happy to have found this location to call home for me pet needs

Our previous vet of 20+ years sold and I decided to try ACC because they came highly recommended in our local area FB page. After that long with the same vet I was a bit anxious making the change, but from the first moment in the clinic my experiece was very positive.
The entire space was exceptionally clean. I was warmly greeted and they had water and coffee (probably tea too) for people, and treat dispensers for the critters. We were promptly taken in for our appointment, and the vet and assistant were both friendly can caring. My very tall dog had a minor leg injury, and he's a very big baby. They were kind, gentle and thorough in the examination. They asked lots of questions to help with diagnosis, clearly explained options starting with what they felt were the minimum steps we could/should take which of course would be the most budget friendly. They then talked about further options that could be done then or down the road if my dog didn't respond to the more conservative treatments.
I received a comprehensive quote for the various options, and they took care of everything quickly once I'd make my choice. They thoroughly explained the medications he needed, and gave me a handout with highlighted recommendations for supplements and other things we could do long-term to minimize the progression of arthritis.
The day after the visit I received a check in call to see how things were going and answer any questions I might have.
All around it was a positive experience and I'll definitely be taking our other pets to the ACC.

Very clean and professional. Had to my GSD a international health certificate for our move over seas. All said and done we made to our destination. Thank you for the work you did to make this happen. And yes i would recommend them for any vet needs.

I would give a 5 for quality care for your pet, I took my puppy for shots and a check up, they were very pleasant and sweet to my puppy , everything was fine, until I went to pay my bill, and I believe her name is Kristy, instead of explaining things, She was very condescending, Rolled her eyes, and I was like really? She then smiled and thought the situation was kind of funny, which I didn't think was funny. I would suggest, this woman shouldn't work the front desk, I have been a customer with many animals for almost 20 years, I absolutely will not return . Beware of the heavy set lady with an English accent, she's very very rude!

Always get the best care here! Kirsty at the front desk is so thoughtful. Also the puppy plan cannot be beat!
