Moses Lake Music is described as a hidden gem of a music store. It sells musical instruments, sound equipment, and everything else a musician might need. The owner tunes guitars, a sight that many find fascinating, but the store is sometimes not open during posted hours, especially around noon when the owner may take a lunch break. Prices are rarely listed; drums and sticks are scarce, and kits are not priced. Consignment items are limited. A customer who found a Roland TD‑17 was able to buy it, but the store have limited items. Some customers say it is overpriced and a bit messy.
Sometimes this store isn’t open during their posted hours of operation. Twice now I’ve tried to go around noon and they just weren’t open. Maybe that’s when the owner takes a lunch break but if that’s the case then they should post in their hours that they’re not open around noon.
