I have never gotten a hair cut in by a place that is in a strip mall, I always hear bad stuff about going and getting your hair cut at a cheap place, well a few months ago my daughter really wanted me to go with her to get her hair cut, we were both talking about getting curtain bangs, as she had been away at college I hadn’t seen her in a few months, she didn’t have much time before she had to go back, well when I went to meet her there, I asked what are you getting? She told me the curtain bangs we wanted, she said sign in I’ll pay for yours, at first I was like umm I’ll pass, she looked so excited to pay for me I said ok. Well let me tell four months ago changed my way of thinking. I will never ever pay 65 and up for a hair cut, or any other service. She paid 27 I think and I got the best hair cut of my life, I have seen two different people both were great!! Five stars are not enough.Requested style: Curtain bangs

Brothers hair had literal patches and it was uneven. Lady blamed it on the way his hair grew. She said my mom was next in the chair and we just walked out, 0/5.

Just came out of the Great clips Monroe WA saloon with my kids. The lady was very rude to my kids for just being a kid. Unfortunately, the experience was unpleasant due to the rudeness and unprofessional behavior towards my children. Despite my son simply shrugging his shoulders, the lady became visibly annoyed and neglected to clean the hair from my child properly. When I decided not to leave a tip due to her behavior, she rudely threatened to add a comment to my profile indicating that I don't tip. To make matters worse, she confronted me outside the salon, raising her voice and even threatening to involve the police. This confrontation occurred in front of my children, causing them distress and making the overall experience very unpleasant.

Went in today for a haircut but the usual stylist wasn’t available. Instead I got the manager. She was exceptionally rude so I decided not to have her move forward with cutting my hair. She called me several curse words and said I was banned from the store. Not sure what’s going on with her but this is completely inappropriate behavior. I’m happy to honor her request and will never be back again.

Steer clear. Bad experience and bad haircut. I walked in and was told I was next and it would be just a minute. 5 minutes later a guy walks in and I hear the receptionist tell the hair stylist I was next and she took the other guys name off the list accidentally and they said oh well and let the other guy go first.I asked the guy that cut my hair to make it shorter in the back and longer in the front. He went short in the middle, long in the back and long in the front. The sides are so far from symmetrical its actually laughable. I asked if he could trim my beard and I literally had to ask if I could use the clippers to fix it. I feel bad, maybe my expectations were too high, but it's was all bad from the start. I won't be back and unless you don't expect much out of a haircut or the staff, steer clear.

I am very embarrassed I can’t believe I let myself go to such a disgusting place it stunk in there and had very bad vibes I asked for a little trim like I usually get came out looking like I had cancer they gave me a full on buzz cut and they left lots of hair and it was very uneven and they didn’t even apologize even when they knew I was upset they didn’t even say one word to me all the employees watched her save my hair off none of them said anything I have never met anyone as rude as the lady with short pink hair I do not feel like myself safe to say I will NEVER be going back it’s clear that lady did it on purpose I have gone their for a very long time and she’s never liked me I think this was targeted frick this place I hope this gets shut down for life

I went in and had my haircut by Michelle. She did an amazing job on my cut and made me feel great about myself. My wife even told me it's the greatest haircut I have ever had. She took her time asking questions to make sure I got what I wanted with my hair.

I was having a very bad day, my wife had just served me with divorce papers. I decided I needed a new look. So I went in and had the best experience with Michelle. I explained what was happening in my life and Michelle was so compassionate and said she knew exactly what I needed. She gave me the best haircut I have ever had. She even gave me a hug after because she said I looked like I needed one. I definitely did was feeling very depressed when I went in. But this touching gesture by a stranger meant the world to me.

I came on a Saturday and in all fairness I was in a rush and tried to squeeze a quick cut before another appointment. My hair didn't get cut the way I wanted it but like I said I was in a rush and didn't give the stylist enough time to do so. That one is on me. However, the tall lady Michelle is incredibly rude... she talked over me and didn't care to hear anything that I had to say. Not once did she make me feel welcomed, in fact it made me want to leave the store and never return. Just shocking how some people conduct themselves personally and professionally. Let's end on a positive. I came back in today and my hair was cut to my liking, I made sure to give adequate time and they did not charge me, I was happy to leave a generous tip!!! Thank you so much to the staff working today, Merry Christmas

Rude Manager!!!!!Today at ~11:30am, as usual went to them, asusual expected to have a great haircut and wonderful service however this time was different!Not sure if the manager was having a bad day, if so, it can be considered as a one off case and can be ignored, but if it’s her usual behavior/attitude I think it’s not acceptable. There were 3 other hair stylist today while the incident happened one can ask them if I was rude or spoke anything wrong, if so my apologies!I left the previously given discount coupon (once again) i parked my car outside, sent my 10yr old to go in and ask if I could drop him off and quickly be back with the discount coupon, she had said “no” to him. I came in and asked the same thing for the second time (I agree) as I was not sure if my kid conveyed it correctly. I went the 3rd time to ask if I can leave my credit card with them after the haircut and get the coupon (as the coupon was expiring in a few days) but, before I could even ask she got very upset and below were her accusations,1) you always forget you coupons and it’s not the first time, (true, but I’m a customer)2) you are asking us to baby sit you kids (this time I wanted to ask if I can leave my credit card, but she never let me speak)3) you should probably leave and find another place. (On what grounds was I asked to leave)4) you are soo rude to all of us! (I never spoke to anyone else apart from her, how can she say I was rude to all?)she could’ve handled the situation with a little bit of patience instead of accusing the customer. My questions were simple and I did not find a reason for her to get upset! I would’ve really left but what I faced today was one off and other people here are really nice!The same manager did help my son get the hair cut and was very sweet to him (definitely have to mention that)If it was not a one off case that might have triggered her, it only makes me think if I was treated like that because of my skin color? Hopefully not!!

So I went in yesterday night to get my hair cut and after getting home it didn't feel like the best job went in today and told the owner the situation and she was very understanding and compassionate and made it right I appreciate the follow-through and fix.

I went in today, asking for the same cut I had received their last time. I asked for just a little off—less than an inch were the terms are used. I explained my hair was growing out, and that the back part on top needed to grow to meet the bottom. I even stopped him as he started to cut in the back and said please I don’t want the top part shorter. It was supposed to be a “Bob” according to the record that he himself printed off at great clips and I referenced. But I received was not remotely close to a “bob”. My hair was trimmed in layers, and it will take another year for it to grow out. The manager stepped up and didn’t charge me for my cut and eventually she said she was sorry. I asked the stylist for an apology, and he said no. He indicated he had done exactly what I said. I would never go back again. Even though I know there are other stylists there—the way I was treated was exceptionally poor.
