I started bring my animals to Evergreen back in 2005 first my doxies then my cat I love how they treat the animals with love and kindness even when it came to the end of thier lives. So after a 2 year absence of any cats or dogs I have to new kitties so this will be their vet and caregivers when needed.
Thank you to Brad Evergreen and his staff for being the most compassionate caregiving people caring for our pets.

Very good veterinarian. He is very easy to understand and I feel he always has own dogs best interest at heart. No unnecessary tests, and reasonable prices

What can you say about Dr Brad Evergreen, except I was especially lucky the day I met him. He has taken the best care with my cats for over 20 years.
He gives you all the information you need, and helps you make the correct decision regarding your pets. He's always compassionate, and never does anything you don't need. Love his office staff also. Just a great group of people.
Thank you

Dr. Evergreen is thoughtful and thorough with my Anatolian shepherd, Odin. I love that he always gives me options in what to do, and explains them well for me to understand. He spends a great deal of time explaining everything which I appreciate because I can trust his passion in researching the problem area well. That directly translates to his vet assistant Taylor, who also shows an immense amount of care for both me and Odin.
I also love the front office staff. They always make me (and Odin) feel so comfortable and welcome there! Best vet office I could’ve ever asked for.

We have been clients of Evergreen Holistic Veterinary Care in Monroe since moving up here from SE King County three years ago. Dr. Evergreen has had a number of our, as well as two of our daughters’ families, doggies as patients and all of us have always been very pleased with the care Dr. Evergreen and his staff have showed the furry members of our families. Sometimes though, the clearest picture any of us get about how good a business is at serving their customers, is when something goes off-the-rails-wrong. Two days prior to writing this review, my wife and I had an experience that was heartbreaking. The care and understanding which was afforded to us by Dr. Evergreen and each of his staff was remarkable and deserves commendation. Five and a half weeks ago, we adopted a re-homed 7 month old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy we named Charlie (I know, how original, etc). Charlie was energetic, bright and gentle. He bonded with us quickly, formed a wonderful relationship with our 3 year old Corgi and just showed great promise for growing into a stellar member of the family. Two days ago we brought Charlie in for neutering (his “adolescent” behavior was becoming a bit much). After Charlie was under anesthesia, he was intubated and given oxygen and anesthetic gas, Dr. Evergreen was just about to start cutting when, without any sort of warning, Charlie’s heart inexplicably stopped. For nearly 10 minutes the doc and his staff worked heroically on him and just when it looked as though he was gone, Charlie’s heart started again. Throughout the afternoon, while the clinic continued to treat the other animals that were on that day’s schedule, there was someone with Charlie nearly every moment, and Dr. Evergreen called to give us frequent updates which went from hopeful to guarded to concerned. In the end, when we went to the clinic to see if Charlie would respond to our presence; our smell, sound of our voice, etc. Dr. Evergreen sat with us and Charlie a full hour into the evening after closing, as we looked for signs of brain function. Sadly, it was clear that probably due to an underlying heart condition, Charlie had suffered a catastrophic brain injury from the heart stoppage and he was already gone. When we left, there was not a dry eye in the clinic. There are no words to describe the comfort and support we felt from Dr. Evergreen and each member of the clinic staff. We wouldn’t think of having any other veterinarian ever treat any of our furry kids.

I've been bringing my pets to Dr. Evergreen for probably close to 15 years. As for some of the reviews that complained about Dr running late. Well he's taking his time with another patient and that should be OK. Also to the lady who refused to pay for pain meds for her kittens spay. Shame on you! That is major surgery and I'm glad Dr refused to do the surgery without it. That should be a non negotiable and I'm glad he refused for the sake of the kitten. Dr. Evergreen has been my vet for 6 different breeds of dogs for me, each with complicated issues such as pancreatitis and spine injuries. My dogs have always had the best care at a reasonable price. I will drive hours here if need be. He has great alternatives to traditional drugs for anxiety. My dogs actually like coming here

Dr Evergreen seems like a good vet but the front desk gal ( not the dark haired one) is insufferable!!!!Hummm because the front desk gal is rude and condescending and doesn’t like my review I get a letter telling me we are no longer welcome there? The letter said my review questioned the care we received there? I didn’t say anything regarding Dr Evergreen except that he seems like a good vet… to the fro t desk gal that obviously is peeved at me. Let’s start with you told me 5 times that you need 24 hours notice to fill our prescription. Even after you saw that it was called in a week in advance you had to tell me a few more times and completely ignore what I was saying to you

I love Dr. Evergreen and all the techs and front desk except Suzanne. She is very rude on the phone and in person. She talks over me whenever I try to explain anything, ignores me when I come in and basically treats me as if I am not there, she may talk sweet but is not. If I didn't think Dr. Evergreen did such a great job on everything he does; I would not go back because of her. The doctor did surgery on my dog when he had cancer, it was in a difficult spot he got it all out and kept me informed the whole way and explained everything to me so I could understand it. He is the best. I can't say how much I appreciate him.

We love Dr. Evergreen and his staff. They are very thorough and caring in their treatment of our dogs. We like that they provide a holistic approach to veterinary care and only prescribe medications when necessary. Our dogs have all been treated with great care and love by Dr. Evergreen.
