HORRIBLE director! When trying to talk to the director about some concerns I read on the reviews all she had was excuses. She was rude, snude, and quite frankly lacking the skills to be working with people. I would never send my child here!

We had an okay experience in the infant room and a horrible experience in the 1 year old room. We liked Ms Jordyn (infant teacher) and so did our daughter but unfortunately we couldn’t go a whole week without a sickness coming home. The 1 year old room was awful. I cannot reiterate enough how horrible of an experience it was for us. Our daughter hated being there. The teachers were there for an income, not for the children. Every time we went in, there would be a kid eating a book in the corner, snot coming down all of the kids faces. They did not help our daughter transition even after having multiple conversations with them. They did not follow any parental guidance. We were so disappointed, that we kept our daughter home for the majority of her final month there before transitioning to a new daycare which has proven to be much better. It was heart breaking to see photo updates of our daughter being secluded from the other children by the teachers and not being well loved, taken care of or consoled. I would whole heartedly not recommend this location

After Ms. Maribel (director of the Center) came a lot of things have changed. She has great discipline about everything. The Center is cleaner now, she hired great people for their positions and she is solving any problem you discuss her. If you have an infant baby you trust easily your kiddo to Ms. Jordyn (infant class teacher) and you can have peace in your mind. She is very kind to all babies, super patient and full of love for the babies. If you have a toddler you still can make sure your kiddo will be happy there even if she/he will cry at the of the day when it's time to go home ? Ms. Janessa the best teacher I have been seeing in my life. My 3 y.o daughter was a super picky eater and not an easy child at all. But after Ms. Janessa came to the center my daughter started to eat. She is extremely in love with her teacher and every weekend we have a drama because my daughter wants to go to see Ms.Janessa even at her home even not at school ? Enroll your kids and even refer this location to your family and friends. This location is AMAZING!!! ❤️

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES HERE!!What a horrific experience from start to finish. The only staff the infant room has is teenage girls who are clueless with how to care for babies the exception of one girl named Jordyn.I repeatedly asked for simple normal requests that were denied and flat out ignored. They care for one baby there and the rest are left on the floor all day not held or cared for at all. I had to leave my baby girl on the ground day after day after day while ONE child is favored cuddled and cared for by her and the rest are left to fend for themselves by the morning teacher. I asked over and over and over again that my baby at least be greeted and held so I could at least put her bottles and food away for the day and that simple request was never granted after months of asking. I come in and the same ONE baby is being fed breakfast while I have to leave mine on the ground and she may or may not get any food til 10 am or noon at the earliest some days. That same child is allowed to attend the daycare sick continuously even after I called the health department about the situation. I didn’t have the energy to escalate the situation any further. Finally one day I walked in to see the same thing the same one child being cared for fed breakfast while the others are left to wander around alone. And I knew my only choice was just to leave my baby on the ground AGAIN not knowing when or if she would even be fed that day (because I had to repeatedly remind them she had food just so they would give it to her). I know that the morning teacher only cares for and favors that one baby and I just couldn’t bear it anymore I grabbed my baby and walked out. I wasn’t about to keep leaving my baby girl on the ground while one kid gets to eat and the others just have to watch it was sickening. Please whatever you do, DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BABY in there care this place is awful. I have heard horror stories of kindercare but figured due to the location of mill creek it would be ok. Wrong! Nothing but stress I can’t tell you how many times I walked out of that center in tears after dripping my daughter off. I had to get to work but my daughter comes first and I just could not stomach leaving her in such poor care any longer. Do your research find better care for your baby cause this place is not even safe.

We absolutely LOVE the Mill Creek KinderCare! Everyone is so kind and caring and our girls absolutely love their teachers. On some days our kids want to stay and play - it's such a relief and great feeling knowing that they are learning and developing and having so much fun!

I absolutely love everything about this facility. My son comes home happy and believe it or not every single day I notice he has learned something new! They are very good with my son. The only thing that could be improved among the staff is maybe better communication upon shifts. There had been a few times something was told to kindercare staff or myself in the morning and when it was brought up with Myself or kindercare staff they didn’t have any knowledge of it. That’s just my personal experience and observations! This is a wonderful place and I do recommend it.

My son started at this facility as an infant and I had no reason to complain. Around the time he started in the toddler class, this place had a new director and she is amazing! Her, and all of the staff, truly care about the children. They always take time to talk to the parents about any concerns, or if it's just to chat about what your kid did that day. They have really stepped up with extra health and safety standards as well. This place takes away all my anxiety of being a working mom and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for childcare.

This location has been so amazing. My 9.5 month old started going there when he was 3 months and the staff has taken such great care of him and help with his development so much. Emily, the director, is so sweet and reassuring. She will help in anyway she can. My son's teacher Ms. Hilda is so sweet and loving to my son. She treats him like one of her own children making sure he is rocked to sleep and always makes sure he is learning the most he can. She also has reassured me at times and helped me to know which milestones to look out for since I am a first time mom. Ms. Amelia is so amazing. The other day I had concerns about my sons babbling and she was able to reassure me that he has been making progress. The app they use is amazing and it allows me to check on my son throughout the day and she what he has done that day. We wish our son can stay here for his care, but sadly we have to move. They will surely be missed when we do move.

I never intended to send my child to daycare, but life happened and it became a reality. My son has been attending here for over a year now, and I could not be happier with my decision to send him to this location. I honestly have to say, the first director that was there was not my favorite, but the new director, Emily, is fantastic. She is so friendly, responsive, helpful, and genuinely cares about the kids and parents at the center. She creates a great environment and I trust her with the health and safety of my child while I am at work. We also LOVE Ms. Amelia, Ms. Tayesh, Mr. Connor, and the Ms. Katies. This is a great team of teachers. I cannot say enough great things about them. They have been great and I am very happy I chose Mill Creek Kindercare.

My daughter had been attending a daycare in South Everett(I will not name it), and while they are a large organization, they were falling short in safety protocols. Since making the switch to this Kindercare, I haven't had to worry about safety. They take it very seriously and are diligent in all areas. My daughter is so excited to tell me what she did at daycare Everytime I pick her up. The staff is incredible. There is no price that I can place on the peace of mind they are giving my family!

Not recommended at all ! I was very excited from two months when I had started to drop my toddler in but the management of this place disappointed me . There is no enough teachers and the teachers whose working they are not friendly at all maybe because they are working more than 10 hours per day so that they couldn't take care enough by kids.

If I could give this place a zero I would. It’s not because all of the teacher are awful some are and some aren’t. The problem lies with in management and more specifically to the district managers lack of give a damn and a let’s brush it under the rug mentality. I recently walked out in the middle of my shift due to the lack of proper breaks and proper treatment of employees. They way I was spoken to for trying to provide all the children enrolled the best possible care was utterly saddening and turned my stomach something fierce. Your children are not safe here. Let that be known! Staff are asked to keep quiet to not write all the proper papers and innocent reports. New staff is not being trained mere thrown in to a classroom to either sink or swim. They are working 10+ hours a day with 30minute lunches 5 or more hours after they have started. If teachers are burnt out and over worked no matter how much that teacher truly cares it will some how trickle down to your child and it will affect them. I put in my two weeks initially because I didn’t trust the care my own children were receiving WHILE I WAS IN THE BUILDING! I hope you take this post in to consideration before enrolling or continuing care at this center. Before applying for a job here please know they are also not giving me all my earnings on my check and are giving me the run around.

I thought the management is professional in their area, but truth is not. their core value is making money from the kids and their family. My son got hurt few times at school and did not get good attention. They argued with their tuitions with you, everything are correct on their side. I think that is the reason they got less star review. the tuition we paid is not worth with their job.

My children love going to Kindercare at Mill Creek. The teachers truly have a passion for children and education, and always make my kiddos feel loved. I know they are in excellent care while I’m at work!

I worked at Mill Creek KinderCare for about 2 months. I loved (almost) every minute of it. The kids are so great! Jana (the new assistant director) is working above and beyond to get things back into shape...however...I felt unprepared and over worked, leading to a complete breakdown where I had to quit for my own sanity. I truly wish things were different and I could have stayed working with those amazing kids!I was recently sent a survey from KinderCare about why I left. It included a question about my “First 100 days training” I had no idea this was a thing. I received barely any training at all. I had no idea how to run my classroom. I was left alone with 7 2-year-olds almost daily. Which is within legal ratio guidelines...but I was not prepared to run my own classroom. I had no time to plan my class schedule, activities, or clean what needed to be cleaned.KinderCare corporate really needs to step in and fix this center up. Every classroom needs a deep cleaning. And they need time to actually train their employees. They can’t possibly expect Jana to do this all on her own.I have two children, 8-years and 8-months. Even though the infant room is the most clean and best run classroom, I still did not enroll my 8-month-old when a spot became available. The only reason I enrolled my 8-year-old was because is an age where he can tell me what happens. Unfortunately, he frequently said his teacher was mean and yelled at him.The playground and toys are dirty, worn down, and outdated. My son would complain about this as well (he had come from the new Kids N Us just down the road where everything is clean and new)I really hope things get better soon. Best of luck to the teachers who have been able to stick it out.
