I am deeply disappointed by my experience at Kinwell Primary Care in Millcreek. Despite scheduling a whole body checkup and taking time off work (PTO), my appointment with Dr. Minguel T. Nunez felt rushed and unsatisfactory. Dr. Nunez seemed more concerned about time constraints than addressing my health concerns, insisting on completing the appointment in 40 minutes. Despite my repeated attempts to prioritize the whole body checkup, Dr. Nunez dismissed my concerns and even suggested I speak to the manager. While the manager waived the appointment fee, I left feeling unheard and untreated, with my PTO wasted. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the level of care provided by Kinwell Primary Care

I was having a hard time finding a primary care doctor in Seattle. Although, this place is a bit far from where I live, Dr. Jin is one of the best PCP’s I’ve been to. She’s patient in hearing all issues and gives enough time for the appointment. I would highly recommend her!

I found the need for a new PCP after mine moved out of state. I took a chance with Kinwell and I will forever be thankful. The doctors and staff deserve 10 stars!

I tried to book a wellness visit with my Evergreen PCP. I couldn'teven find him on the scheduler. I tried others in the practice, but they were 2 to 3 months out. I decided to try Kinwell in Mill Creek. Easy same-day appointment. The office was nice and clean. My medical history was available from MyChart.Dr. Nunez-Burgos spent a lot of time going over my medical history--both mine and my family's. He addressed all my concerns. Great experience. I found my new PCP.

Decided to try out Kinwell to establish new primary care.The initial visit with Dr. Nunez could not have gone better! He was very thorough and established some new baselines for my health as well as discussing several concerns in depth. It was almost culture shock how much he showed care about me as a person. The staff get 5/5 for sure.Then some issues came up.I provided my insurance information but they failed to charge my labs to insurance. I got a bill and called them which took some doing because they don't answer the phone. Then I got a past due notice because it appears they did not file the insurance information still. Hoping to resolve this but feel this basic step was messed up

We hoped to find a doctor who cares. He’s good as long as you don’t need a controlled substance, never mind whether you’ve been on it and well managed for years. In a time where we are working to destigmatize mental health needs, this was a gut punch. You can also plan on a big wait if you contact them. Back to the drawing board!

Best experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office. There was no wait, the office staff and nurses are friendly and helpful, and I felt listened to and understood. Dr. Binder was wonderful and worked with me to figure out a health plan that I’m comfortable with.

Very responsive and caring staff. This is not a walk-in clinic, though they do often have same or next day availability. This is a place to get amazing long-term primary care with a clinic that isn't tied to a particular hospital system, so it seems far less biased, and they are more interested in coordinating your care properly and with the best specialists for YOU rather than just referring to their facility related partners.

Terrible after hours support fir non-urgent consulting with oncall. The phone line makes you wait and then hangs up on you after ~30mins. Some times it ends up in to voice-mail and you get no response.
