Absolutely the most fun I’ve ever had exercising! I’ve never liked to workout, so I avoided it as much as possible. Now I’m excited to get strong and sweat more than I knew I could.

love that I can register or make changes for a class in person or virtual so easy. I enjoy doing the live streams from my home gym to save time with the commute so I can do a workout before my kids get up for school! all the instructors are very nice and knowledgable.
