“Reading through the other reviews is entertaining, to say the least. Wait times here can be a bit long, especially in the evenings, but this is a full service shop. If you want a quick oil change, go down the street to Jiffy Lube. And yes, tires are expensive, but it's also based on the vehicle YOU decided to purchase. And you have to communicate with the person behind the desk and get specific, its your car, they dont know why it makes a ping noise when you turn left at 30 miles an hour unless you specify that when bringing your vehicle in. And if you have an issue or something happened the staff here are more than willing to help you out the best they can.”
