Wasted my break to come here and not get the help I needed. Not a real bank just a building with atms. Could not get cash or a temp card. Told me I had to go to another bank.

We lost over 100k from this bank, someone used our wire transfer key to transfer over 100k out of our account. We immediately reported it and they refused to stop it. This bank steals and if you speak to their legal department plays nefarious games. If you think a bank that steals and refuses to take responsibility is a good choice, then this is a good bank for you.

I had a great experience with this branch Selina was helpful and understanding, In My situation when I walked in to see her she had a warm smile that it was appreciated, she helped with notarizing some documents answered all my questions and help with opening a new account as well, Outstanding Customer Service.

This isn’t a real Wells Fargo branch. There’s no teller and no notary. If you’re looking for an atm, this may work for you, but if you’re trying to do any real banking this isn’t the location for you.
