I can't say enough good things about Quil Ceda Veterinary clinic! From the moment I walked in with my furry friend, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The staff truly love animals, and it shows in how they interact with both pets and their owners.
They took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions thoroughly. They provided a comprehensive examination and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I felt confident that my pet was in the best hands possible.
The facility itself is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making visits much less stressful for both me and my pet. Additionally, the follow-up care and availability for questions is outstanding.
I wholeheartedly recommend Quil Ceda Veterinary clinic to anyone looking for compassionate and skilled veterinary care. Thank you for everything you do for our beloved pets!

Great, professional, caring staff. Dr. Lamb is absolutely wonderful. She has been so considerate of all of our dogs, especially our super shy dog. When we first came to Quil Ceda years ago, she spent a lot of time helping our shy girl be comfortable. I highly recommend this veterinary. Everyone is top notch!

I’ve brought my dogs here for 7 years, almost 8. Today was the last time I’ll ever be going here, I walked in and waited at the front desk for a few minutes. As I was waiting at the front desk I overheard them (very easily) gossiping about us while there were other customers in the waiting room that could overhear as well. I left & text them letting them know I was switching vets due to them gossiping about us for everyone to hear and their response was “I’ll cancel your upcoming appointments”. You’re supposed to be professionals, you had people in the waiting room and at the front desk while you’re opening talking about other customers.. to pay no disregard to your surroundings while you’re at work is crazy to me. So unprofessional. Aside from them talking about their customers when they don’t think anyone is listening, it takes a month to get your digs seen at the very least no matter what the issue is. I really liked the vets here, so it sucks the receptionist couldn’t be more professional.

Called this vet’s office on a referral from someone whose dog had very similar/serious food allergies to ours, was told they offered a blood test that helped immensely. Front office told me they’re booked out until next July (good for you!) and thus not willing to take new clients, so I logically asked if they could share what test it is so I can find it on my own. Reception couldn’t tell me anything which I expected, but also wouldn’t take the time to go ask the vet or otherwise , just kept laughing it off as “IYeah I don’t really know since I’m reception…”. Some EQ at the front desk might help, as this went from a referral that most businesses would want to now a poor experience and someone actively telling folks not to bother there to save them this experience :/. Two stars for benefit of the doubt that the vet doesn’t know this is an issue, but communication needs to be there to be aware.

It's funny to see negative comments about customer service. This isn't a place where you need customer service. You want them to take care of your pet, which is exactly what they do.They were quick, caring, and patient with my timid lab. They let you stay with your animal while they draw blood, and they communicate very well what you need. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who has a timid animal. 10/10!

I live all the way in Seattle and I drive out there because they live my dog as much as I do!! They don't do unnecessary tests they are extremely honest and a wonderful bunch of people who truly love animals ❤️

I have always loved Quil Ceda Vet as they have always treated my dog & I wonderfully. But the new staff.... are horrible. The customer service has COMPLETELY downhill. They now charge for a quick look at an issue that your pet has from something they did (never did this to me before). There is 1 Vet Tech there that we absolutely love and is the only reason I haven't left. The remaining Veterinary is good, but charging me to look at something caused by an earlier visit to her, left me wondering if I need to find a new Vet Clinic. I would hate to leave them because they have been wonderful for years to all my dogs and cats.

The staff at Quil Ceda always take such good care of my furbabies! They're super friendly and very patient with my questions and concerns. I know that my bebes are in the best of hands with everyone there!
