Was told that I could use the garbage when I first rented the unit. Attempted to take the garbage out of my car while I was there. Half of a plastic shopping bag. Lady came out asking me what I was doing in a condescending manner. She wanted to see how much garbage I've had. Very unpleasant lady. No apologies or anything. Proceeded to go in and pay my rent while I was there. Decided to pay by debit. Saw her putting my debit card number into her computer. I asked why she was putting my debit card number into her computer. She wasn't polite when she answered. She said something about their system. Who writes down debit card numbers in 2023? Am I wrong to think that is weird? Will be my last month here.

As of Dec. 2020 I rented a unit. I can't believe the great deal I got for a 10x20. My10x20 was $280 with my special it is $186 for 3 months can't beat that, no fees, no deposits also got a free disc lock, my first month was prorated, since i called about the unit over the phone i was offered free boxes and a roll of tape. Onsite managers are friendly and nice. Not sure what the price of the other units are but my friend rents a 5x5 for $40 special. doesn't hurt to check them out.. Its by Basket robins icecream store on State Ave near Fredymyer.

It was a solid storage option when I moved in, with friendly, competent, professional management and reasonable rates. That has changed with the new management as of May 2020. No end to billing problems now and no accountability on their part for their mistakes and disorganization. If the transition was difficult, apologize for the disruption! Take responsibility! Their approach--namely a blend of incompetence and irresponsibility with a good bit of condescension to help cover and compensate--doesn't fly. Be prepared to constantly prove your payments, even going back a year, and eventually tire of dealing with them, all while they hold your belongings hostage.

We had a unit elsewhere and it seemed every other month we got an increase and they were a little impersonal about answering my questions as to why so I did some shopping around and found prime storage and no matter how many questions or inquiries I made they were patient with me and gave me a complete answer to each one or found the answer if they didn't have it off hand. They didn't increase rents for no reason and I was very happy with our units here. Thank you for treating us like human beings and not your profit/loss income.
