awful experience today at PetSmart. I'm honestly shocked that they let people who know nothing about what is and isn't Toxic to animals give advice to unsuspecting customers. They are going to get someone's pet killed.
not to mention when you let them know something is indeed poison and tell them what symptoms it gives the animal, they roll their eyes. I wont be going back to this store. not after tonight. stinks, cause I literally chose to go to this store over the one close to me, guess I'll have to start shopping at Petco again.

bought fish and turns out they were carrying fish lice. staff was very kind, but don’t believe the fish are safe to buy when you end up spending another 20-50 dollars on a treatment for whatever ick or parasite they’re carrying due to the shady suppliers of the company.

I called ahead to see if PetSmart had the items I was looking for and Diedre was very helpful and pleasant. The items were put aside for me to pick up, I had asked for the last 40 gallon aquarium in their stock. It was by far the best price I found anywhere, including online. Once there, all employees were pleasant and helpful. I found everything I needed and then some.

Crowded on the weekends because they know what they are doing and are conveniently located. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I've been to just about every pet store in the local area (including Bridges Pets) to buy fish to stock my tank, and they have either died right away even after acclimation, or slowly died off due to wierd wasting diseases. I am not a beginner aquarist, either. I've had my tank running for over 6+ years. This is the only store (and only Petsmart store) that I've had luck with the fish surviving. In intervals over the past 6 months, I have purchased 8 neon tetras, 2 platies, and one swordtail, and 2 nerite snails. All of the fish I purchased have survived, no losses, and no diseases either. They are extremely healthy and thriving in my tank. I even have a very old neon tetra that came from this store that has outlived most fish from other stores, and has lived in my tank for easily 3 years.

The best. My Mom volunteers help kitties there every Friday. I come to help sometimes. I also buy my pet supplies there. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I recommend dog training with Mariah, she has great positive energy! We have finished puppy classes, I got to bond with my puppy, she is now year and a half and turned out to be a great dog!

Always a friendly and clean place to visit. I love that they price match their online prices so I always get slamming deals on items for my Guinea pigs and cats. They also have great phone service, my repeat order for my Guinea pig food got lost in the mail and they sent me some replacement kibble swiftly. Highly recommend.
