UPDATE 1/14: The company who actually owns this store, Wireless Vision, has not done a single thing to deal with this issue besides have their lawyer call me trying to ask me questions. The store manager who I finally spoke with on 1/13 since I physically went into the store, told me the store cameras footage goes into a cloud and they have to submit a ticket for it and that it will get handled. He said one of the higher ups would call to speak with me about what happened because they are not happy. When the lawyer called me, the first thing he said after saying who he was is "unfortunately this store does not have working cameras and we are working on fixing that" which I don't think is the truth. Upon walking around where my son was injured, Dustin and I actually found a major injury hazard and design flaw with the tv metal surroundings being bent. Apparently this store was just remodeled a month ago and this should not have passed! Original Review: My son was injured in this store and had to go to the emergency room. The employee only gave my son a band aide and said sorry. The manager absolutely refuses to call me back, when I have been extremely nice about it considering the run around I am getting. I live in Marysville but work in Kirkland m-f so it is not easy for me to go into the store in person to speak with him about the incident. Another employee, Eric, even lied to a customer rep from T-Mobile about what happened. The customer rep I spoke with at T-Mobile even said the manager would call me back that day since they are involved with the issue... I have called the store now 6 times about this incident since the manager is the only person who can submit a ticket to get the CCTV footage. I have even filed a incident report with the police since this is what T-Mobile has told me to do since the Manager & store employees are not being helpful, but the police cannot do anything anymore since new laws/rules/regulations came out. I have been a T-Mobile customer for 10+ years and this is NOT okay! I don't know how this manager still has his job since there are so many poor reviews about him.

Dustin is the store manager at this location and he provides the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I went into this location to get a new phone on the plan I have had with T-Mobile for 20 years. They didn't have the Galaxy S21 I wanted in the store, but rather than order one, Dustin said he would have one in for me in a day or two on his normal shipment. I went back a few days later and Dustin wasn't working. The employee couldn't find my phone, but said Dustin would be working the following day. I called the next day before going in since I live over 20 minutes away from the store, but Dustin was not available. I left a message with the employee for him to call me back. I never got a call. I did this four times between 10a.m. and 3p.m. and Dustin never bothered to call me back. For a store manager he lacks any knowledge of how to treat customers of the company he works for. I went to another store and got a phone ordered in about 10 minutes and the employees at the store I went to said they hear similar things about Dustin's store all the time. Avoid this store and T-Mobile take note of the reviews of this store. It starts with Dustin and appears to carry on down to other employees.

Sprint device coverage is absolutely terrible, I would drop calls outside of my house which is on the I-5 corridor. And they lied to me about pricing, we were paying $140 more a month than what they said the price would be. I would never recommend this company to anyone, and will never ever use them again. I went back to Verizon after 7 months, and they are over $150 cheaper than sprint was for much better service!

I have been using T-mobile for more than 6 years, the service staff is very good, my whole family uses 4 phone numbers, and also buy insurance phone numbers. We, our insurance service is not working, because your phone is damaged. Insurance will not pay for you and we have cut the insurance and have to buy a new phone to use, I think I will change to another service for better benefits, but because the staff there is friendly. This location is probally one of the worst stores that I have been in. I have been to this location before with zero issues. They must have fired everyone and got new people that could careless about customer service.I came in yesterday around 11 am with a phone issue. Not only did the guy not listen to my issue, all he wanted to do is sell me a new phone. He was the most unhelpful, rude j**** I hope they can clean this store up and employee people that are there to work, not chat with their buddy and then get annoyed when someone comes in for help.

Unless Costa or Austin is working don't go in.... I couldn't get a straight answer on the free tablet offer to save my life is ask a question and this gal would give me a ride answer or say I gotta ask my boss and run in the back for ten min each time... I'm barely wanting to do business here anymore I was estatic over the original service I got but now I'm debating changing service all together....

They make you jump thru hoops even after they say it's Covered by warranty over the phone when the battery in your phone is about to pop out the back then we go into the store then all of a sudden insurance and warranty won't cover it they go back and forth saying one is supposed to cover it but in the end my grandma had to pay 100$ for a phone that is probably going to have the same problems that her phone has now. They have the phone that she is supposed to get here but they have to send it back to the wear house and send the same one back to the store in a week just because of their incompetence. We have been here for over an hour with them all saying the same thing. " The battery is covered under warranty until sides of the phone are separated by the expanded battery that is not covered under warranty" and the expanded battery is an error from the phone company not user they even admitted that in store. I highly recommend not using this company or just gambling and not getting insurance or warranty because it's worthless they don't do anything to help you even if it's not your fault your phone broke.

I know you all are aware that we are getting ripped off with the Big 3 phone carriers, but let me tell you how bad it is. at this store i needed internet connection and the young lady sold me s new phone line to get have a way to connect my computer to the internet. this was a promotional phone needed and it was free. she warned me i needed to keep this for 3 months minimum. So for the last 3 months or so I did this. this is not inconsideration of the fact what she sold me did not work in the area I live. even my regular phone did not work in my area. so i just canceled the service for that extra line, extra phone and now i need to pay for the phone itself. Buyer be ware, Tmobile and their employees will sell you anything that will put money in their pocket, rather it works or not. Tomorrow I am going to get another account with a new carrier because I am tired of people and companies selling things that do not work and then being lied to. Suggest you do not use this ripoff company.
