This tax company has got to be one of the worst I have ever delt with. They are Verry unprofessional. The person who filed my tax's has no idea what she is doing. She filed my yax's only to call me back later in the day to let me know she messed up and now has to file my taxes through the mail instead of online. I could have done that myself . It has now been 12 weeks and the IRS has no record of me fileing my taxs. And is also saying that none of my info match's up. Liberty tax has no idea what's up just to say when I called that after 15 minutes on hold they would call me back cause they can't findy file this place is gonna here from better business bureau if it's the last thing I do

Absolutely amazing woman in this office who took my worse nightmare n helped my family with taxes n also took the time to explain everything to me. I wouldnt go anywhere else n I would recommend them to all.

I've filed multiple times with liberty has happy with them but this customer service have been no help beside I was told I would get copies and transcript I asked for one. She said she email it never came the women today literally was of no help . Talking gibberish

They take a lot out of your taxes I'll be doing my taxes online next year and every year after for free so I can get my whole refund $1201.00. Instead of $700 other than that it's a good place to do your taxes and you get your refund back pretty fast

I like them, it fast I never have any problems. But I am conserd that I pay way to much, everyone I know pays less then me and they all have lots to claim I don't own anything and just have to dependents.

I've only went thru Liberty Tax Service, I think 2times, an it was all good for myself, but my daughter had complications, with liberty, when she needed help with the IRS, So if this ever happened to me, I really hope that someone will help me out, or I'll get something done about it becuz I believe we sign a paper stating liberty will help clients when the IRS. Comes at the client, Thank you,
