I was charged ridiculous fees for months without ever being notified, when their website explicitly states they will notify you if your account is going to be assessed a fee. Staff was unhelpful and unapologetic about the clear flaws in their system. Do yourself a favor and bank somewhere else

This branch placed a hold on a check I deposited, claiming I had >6 overdrafts (excessive overdrafts). The federal law for this action indicates >6 overdrafts in the most previous 6 months. I asked Key to provide details- they were able to show one. This branch stated they have no ability to release a hold, and were quite rude to me about this. I'm a customer. This is the branch I opened my account in. Key customer service, via chat, admitted the branch IS capable of canceling a hold. My check is drawn from a bank many times larger than Key Bank. Not only are they in violation of federal regulations, they were rude to me in the process. I'm going there tomorrow to give them another chance to make this right. I'm also considering closing my account. I've never been treated this poorly at the other banks I've had an account with.

This Keybank has the worst Customer Service. Connie and the bank manager both lied to my mother in law and husband. Connie doesn't know how to follow up with customer and the bank manager is lazy and lies as well. Due to both them not being capable of knowing how to do their jobs, my mother in laws account was closed anc she will not receive her SSI check. The bank stated her account was fraud. My mother in law went down showed her ID. Social Card, and mail with her name and new address on it and the account was still closed as fraud. Must be nice being incompetent and still keeping a job.

If you are thinking of using Keybank run. The Marysville and Everett stores are unhelpful have no follow through and the managers can't handle frustrated customers. Keep in mind the Managers and Employees caused the frustration because the lied and never followed through. Take your money and go to a different bank unless you like being lied to and being gaslight.

Enjoyed the service until 2 of the tellers inside decided to drag my wait with others in the car.The drive-thru was just very slow... it has been for many times that I've gone there for otherwise its in these same two Caucasian tellers to drag the wait time in the drive-thru line.... I have a reason to believe that its something amusing and intentional for these two men to give a lousy service and single out the one's they prefer to dislike a bad experience, and its being done to their own customers.... wow.... what a bummer that people actually bank with them. Senseless.

Very bad service....They intentionally, make you wait long in drive-thru. They're just bad to do business with..... Two Caucasian tellers in drive-thru laughed at us for waiting and for knowing what they were both doing . Again its just bad to do business with.... and its their own customers. Both pick and choose who to do good for...

Bogus, Outrageous disappointment.Customer service in drive-thru is terrible.They made me wait for more than 30 minutes and to think they would eventually get it going some how pick up the pace but obviously not.This branch is on the verge of extinction if you ask me.... !!!!! The workers at the drive through are a joke... They obviously don't care about their service to their own customers.Terrible place for anyone to consider banking with... Please reconsider your choice to bank elsewhere.

Been banking here for a little over year and I have been bringing my mom once a month to cash a check for the past couple of years to this KeyBank. Today the young guy in the drive thru window tells us that we can't cash anything over $500 in the drive thru. This is a first for us because she always (I mean always!) cashes it there. He was pretty dismissive when I mentioned that we've never been told that and honestly if everyone else had the same guest service as him I'd never bank here again. Hoping this was a one time thing.

Had problems with my account and got charged things that weren't supposed to be there and got overdrafted three times he going over $100 and they would not take away the charges. I close down my accounts and was charged $25 fee for each account I wanted to close. Highly recommend going to another bank.

I went in to get a account changed over it was 12:45 , I was told that the banker would be done by 1:15 pm and that I could schedule a app for the weekdays or next weekend. They close at 1:30 I was not offered to wait until the banker was done. I was pushed out the door even after driving to Marysville from Smokey point as the system there was not working for that location. I and highly disappointed in the customer service and there effort to accommodate the customer!

Very happy with Key Bank. I've never had a bank contact me right away if they see an issue. Never had a bank do that. Extremely satisfied. Even recommended to my mother and she too is happy with them.

How awesome is it that this bank sent me an email and said I needed to fax copies of extremely sensitive information to the IRA department -- opening me up to identity theft! Never heard of these guys before. Never done business with them. Can't wait to contact the FBI and SEC Monday!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!
