I love this place so much so much! They have been absolutely amazing to me the staff is so nice and helpful, the units are indoors and outdoors my unit is indoor and climate controlled I love it. The storage facility is always clean and the security is amazing you have to enter your code to enter the facility and then again to enter the elevator which will only allow you to go to your floor. The units are also very affordable and usually there's a promo for your first months rent highly recommend!

This location was terrible! The employee is rude and unruly. Giving impossible regulations to follow. Such as: you are only allowed 30min a day to sort through your unit. What the hell! That's unheard-of.Also no 15-30min grace period after 9pm closing time. I got locked in 15sec after 9pm. Hustling to get out of a unit that wouldn't shut properly to lock it. Then I was stuck inside for almost 2 hrs because there was no management phone number to contact for an emergency exit. Which in result couldn't make it back to another storage that was getting emptied to transfer to trojan storage. I was helping a 68yr old man named Daniel Miller that just retired. So in result he had to deal with late fees and the next day the Trojan storage manager changed the passcode to exit without notification. So then we got stuck there all night. Causing me to miss my flight to a commercial fishing job in Alaska with a $35,000 on average payout! I was devastated. But that didn't matter to trojan storage that put Dan Miller of unit 1504 on a probation for 3 months. That had restricted rules to follow. He couldn't utilize his storage during regular hours, but had to follow the times the employees got to work from 9am to 6pm and on Sunday was 9am to 4pm. Which wasn't specified clearly by management at first. Causing a couple of late departures(due to customers blocking the exit). Then resulting in an outrageous fee that cost Dan Miller hundreds of dollars extra that went beyond his auto pay arrangement. Causing more fees to his bank. His monthly retirement funds are already so low that he is living outside in a tent because of Trojan storage giving him no slack. He became homeless because Trojan storage was so greedy. Wouldn't give Dan Miller a break. I am Gregory F. That was helping this old man out. I am going out of my way to write this complaint. Because it's not right what they did to this retired old man that put in his time working hard running his own company. Plus costing me thousands of dollars and damaging my reputation as an Alaskan Commercial Fisherman.So some kind of compensation should be issued for this mistreatment. All because proper procedures and protocols weren't established. No phone numbers were displayed when getting stuck in the storage after 9pm closing times. Not even a 5min grace period after 9pm for unexpected accidents that causes late departure. Which I feel is illegal and/or inhumane!

Accessable from 6am to 9pm everyday. The person working the front counter was very friendly when showing me around. Bathroom available as well. There's heated indoor and outside units, elevator is wheelchair accessible.

JENNICA is AWESOME!!!! PART OF BEING HAPPY IN A TRANSACTION IS DEALING WITH SOMEONE THAT IS OVER THE TOP HELPFUL!She is a fantastic communicator, a super problem solver!! This is my second time renting a storage unit at Trojan storage. I can honestly say that I wouldn't go anywhere else!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

This was my first storage experience. After hearing so many horror stories I was a little worried about my belongings.Well, no worries here. Very clean. Very secure. And customer service is incredible. Jennica is awesome. So very helpful and fun! I got to meet the manager, Katie and she is wonderful.Moving my things to Sultan and I hope my experience there will be even half as good as it has been here at Trojan. Thank you so very much all of you!

The move-in specials seem like they're usually really good. The staff is very friendly, and when we realized that the original storage unit we got was too small, they got us traded up for a larger one really quickly. Very clean units!

I have rented storage from Trojan Storage of Marysville on two occasions. Most recently, I reserved a unit at 8am on a Friday. At 9am I received a call from Jessi, ready to confirm the reservation and answer any questions I might have. What a kind and delightful person! She is so polite and helpful. At one point, I asked what are the products that cannot be stored. She put me on a brief hold, got the documentation and read the policy to me. Jennica, Manager of this Trojan site, is smart and helpful. She was instrumental in helping my family handling the household goods of a loved one with substance abuse disorder. We had set a deadline by which a unit in our name had to be vacated. That deadline came and went. Acting on a healthy boundary, we removed a lock and cleared the unit. Jennica was well trained in dynamics in substance abuse disorder and how that may interface with short-term storage. She knew the laws related and was able to provide a profound service on a very hard day. I will never rent a storage unit anywhere but Trojan Storage of Marysville. Remarkably stellar and skilled. Thank you!

I rent two units at this facility and have had an overall great experience storing my personal belongings here. The prices are low in comparison to other storage facilities in the area, and they offer excellent move in deals.The staff has been more than helpful in times of need, and have gone above and beyond to assist me(even when it meant staying after the office had already closed to make sure I was helped). If you so happen to miss a payment on your monthly rent, they reach out to you in whatever way they can until they get a hold of you so that you don't incur late fees on your bill. They've even gone as far as calling multiple numbers I have one file, on top of sending the typical generated emails.As far as the appearance of the facility. The outside of the building is kept clean. The inside of the building is kept clean and the units are thoroughly cleaned before you move in.Security is great. There are four levels of security one would need to get by to break in, which makes me feel good about keeping my personal belongings stored there. Insurance is also cheap and affordable so you also have that to ease your mind.Overall, I would highly recommend renting here if you are in search of a unit.

The experience was fine other than, I had gone to my storage unit multiple times after it had gotten paid for a late bill and my storage unit would still be locked and it would be after hours and I wouldn't be able to get into it and then when they transferred ownership from CubeSmart to Trojan I had paid my bill it was already paid and they had failed to unlock my storage for like a week and a half I didn't know that it was locked I didn't know that's what the issue was and I literally went there four times trying to get in and couldn't get in I thought there was something wrong with my key but that wasn't the case so they should be more on top of making sure that people's storages are unlocked once they paid their bill

Had a great experience today. Forgot to pay the bill so we couldn’t get in. Jennica helped me get the bill taken care of, took care of extra fees this time for us, helped me get into my unit because our code wouldn’t update, unlocked the unit and even came back and brought me a dolly when my code still wouldn’t work. A+ customer service. Thank you.

All I know, is my confusion is over! I now can feel safe concerning my items to be stored. Jennica, not only gave me the grand tour but, also with great warmth she gave me confidence I had found the RIGHT PLACE! The climate control was a BONUS! ? I wish life were this simple!

I had to rent a unit very last minute and got there 20 min. before closing.The guy working, Jesse, was so completely awesome and patient with me.By the time we were done with paperwork, it was closing timethough closed, I had wanted to see my unit and Jesse most graciously took the time to take me to look.Jesse was very informative and bubbly which made my extremely stressful situation better.Thank you Jesse and Cube storage.
