Pathetic. The guy in there, Martin I think his name was, simply can't be bothered to do his job. After asking his manager 4 times how to activate a phone he gave up and went dead eyed like the way a computer freezes. All I wanted was to add a line to my account and get a SIM, he suggested I go to another store because he couldn't do it. I went to Walmart and got a Cricket SIM and got it running myself in minutes. I was able to do his job better than he was able. Seriously, pathetic.

Came in with my husband yesterday to switch over from Metro. Genesis assisted us and was extremely helpful and kind throughout the process. Give them a raise, it's most definitely deserved. :)

Absolutely F A N T A S T I C SERVICE from Angelese. Top notch assistance. She was patient and perceptive when I told her I was hard of hearing.She certainly did an excellent job telling me what I needed to ask Straight Talk customer service reps when I got through. Straight Talk just ran me through the wringer, first saying they would stop my service after verifying my cellphone number I have had with them for the past 13 years as mine. When they closed my account then they couldn't verify that number had ever been associated with me. I was and always have been their customer with that number. I explained to the c.s.reps in the Philippines and in India, but with no help. They just couldn't verify my number as mine, even though they had in the beginning.I've spent thousands of dollars on Straight Talk. They couldn't fix any of their issues. Not access to my phone number, not my verification, not my phone that hadn't worked in almost two months. I am beyond thankful I changed carriers! Even though I couldn't bring my old number, I didn't care at this point! PLEASE transfer to Cricket if you are thinking about changing your service.I went there for the free cellphone service via the Government assistance program. If you receive food stamps or other such benefits, you might qualify. Angelese is willing to help. What a good experience with a wireless store! There is an activation fee of around 30.00 dollars but it is well worth it!! Just the one-time start up and then there is no charge unless circumstances change.God bless Cricket wireless team in Marysville!!

Just pulled up to the store to replace my wife's phone on my way home from work and the store was closed before 6 when their hours state the store is open until 7. If I had known the store was closed I would've gone to another store. Waste of my time and I don't recommend coming here if the store can't be bothered to stay open during store hours.

Although the staff was polite she wasn't on her game when it came to being able to get things done quickly there must have been a line of four customers that showed up after me and three of them got help before I did that was frustrating because I was in a hurry that in fact she pretty much flat out refuse to port a number for me which wouldve been nice and saved me about 150$

I like to go to the Marysville location. Especially when Nora is working, she is just the best! She knows what she is doing and get things done quickly! She is patient, easy going and she keeps her cool in any situation. I wish other Cricket stores would have knowledgeable employees like Nora. When I leave the store I know my questions got answered and everything got taken care of! Way to go!
